I have been doing this since November at about 20 hours per week, playing as many as 8 tables. I started out as the definition of a break even player with the bonus as my only profits.. The last 6 months i really tried to concentrate on winning poker and have been turning a profit at the OHL tables.. I am over 17k since nov.. GL to ya

Yeah, I'm up over $1k in August alone on casinos. After you sit there and play BJ with $10 bets and watch your $100 swings up and down it feels rather pointless to play small limit poker. It's almost come to the point that I only bother with the best poker bonuses. | | Static Link |

Unless you are in it only for the money, you also need to consider what you like. Personally I play poker because I think it is very entertaining - with the added bonus of actually making me money. I wouldn't play as much as I do without getting the cash, but then I wouldn't play at all if I didn't enjoy it - even if it pays.
So if you think BJ or other casino games are at least moderatly entertaining (or if you are strictly looking to make money); you should consider casino whoring. I will probably try a little of it every month, to get mini-breaks from poker...
All comes down to personal preference, I guess.
To the original poster: how much profit you make will be very dependent on the hours you put in, how many tables you can play at once, what your preferred limits and type of games are, etc. Anywhere from a free few $100 each month without much effort, ... | | Read Entire Entry |

That being said, it's a minimum $300 a month in bonuses for me, not bad for being a part time player - play the Party/Empire reloads, as well as the Absolute reloads, then take advantage of at least 1 Prima site a month, and you're on your way.
That being said, I didn't start worrying about bonuses and the potential there until my meager $40 bankroll (from Stars and AP freeroll tourneys) got up to $200 - and even then my main focus was on building the bankroll via winning, since I consider the bonuses to be just that, a bonus.
