When a skin offers a reload, you can only take adavantage of it if you have an account with that particular skin. So if party has a reload offer, you need to have an account with them and play with that account to take advantage of the bonus. | | Static Link |

Not sure if it matters. I uninstalled it, then deleted the calculator entry from the registry, then searched the registry for anything with the word "empire" and deleted it, then searched the computer for all files containing "empire" and deleted those. Restarted, checked again to make sure everything was gone. Installed Party. I don't undestand why people keep saying you need a unique IP and email address to create account on party skins. Of course this will work, but if you don't have access to another computer, just install virtual PC or VMWare and you'll be alble to create all the accounts you want, using the same IP and the same email address (same as your neteller one).
