Just to broaden your perspective, a site can be quite "international" and not care/cater to Americans. We aren't the only country in the world.
I think to answer your underlying question, I think some sites have decided that they don't want to deal with the murky legal issues surrounding online gambling in the US, and find enough customers outside the US to make their sites work quite well. | | Static Link |
