That's how Pacific works.
You deposit, they immediately credit the bonus so you can play with it.
Yes you can immediately withdraw your initial deposit after 48 hrs or something.

I am actually very glad this happened as it appears there is now someone actually taking some care of this place and bringing some order. I thought it was just getting absurd and very glad to be reprimanded because it is right and I am glad to know that others will get this kind of response in the future for obscene posts.

How does it not help? Let's see, you have a fairly volital situation where many of the truly useful posters on here are close to getting banned. They've received a stern warning in an ugly situation. I'm pretty sure some of the Prima sites will give you $10 just for downloading their software and registering an account (this might require a credit card but no actual deposit). Royalvegaspoker and pigspeak (might be poker333 now, not sure) both gave me an extra $10 when i signed up a long long time ago. I kind of hate Prima sites and all their devil spawn and I don't know how you actually get them to give you that ten bucks in the long run (how you withdraw it I mean) but it might be some place to start if you're that strapped for cash. You might also do a google search for free bankrolls. I don't want to get into specifics because some of these kind of sites might be BW competitors (and the moderators are welcome to edit this part out if I'm stepping on any toes) but you should get plenty of crap to sift through with that sort of search and maybe one of them will offer you the terms you're looking for.

The catch is just that you have to wager 20x the amount of your bonus before they will let you withdraw it. The good thing about Pacific is that the players are some of the worst out there even as you move up to higher limits. The drawback is their interface is clunky and buggy and you can only play one table at a time.
At least all of this was true when I cleared my bonus at pacific a year ago.
You might also try searching the forums for information on the various Prima sites (not all of them are listed on the BW home page). I've seen more than one list compiled by the helpful people here and at least in the past (again it's been more than a year for my personal experiences) some of the Prima sites offer you lump sum bonuses that you can start playing with immediately, they just require you to play a certain number of raked hands to withdraw your money.
