I went ahead and made a deposit with the IGMPAY code.
Bonus didn't show up.
Emailed customer service and had it listed within 2 hours.

I don't think they have ever really addressed any question I have presented to them. This has happened on multiple occassions. I had a big problem with a cancelled tourney there and after an e-mail chain of about 30 messages they finally compensated me by paying out a bonus early. If I ever get into a situation that requires contacting Empire's c/s I cringe in anticipation of what I know will be days and days of off point repsonses from them. Dealing with them requires persistence and patience. Hostility will not work - ever. | | Static Link |

If the bonus is not posted to your bonus a/c as pending contact the site and request that it be posted. If you have not previously received an IGMPAY bonus it is likely that they WILL give it to you.
If we are talking about Party CALL THEM if you need to make this request. You can also call PokerNOW. You cannot call Empire and communicating with them by e-mail is extremely trying. I hope you are working this out with Party. If it makes you feel better you can call Party and have Panjeeb on the phone with you as you make the deposit and get any problem straightened out on the spot.

When you try to use you IGM a/c at a Party skin after the first you will have to jump through some hoops. This is a security thing. Just call IGM and they will get it all going for you real quick. They aim to please. However it is vitally important that you use correct information when you sign up for the poker site and the IGM account. To do otherwise is asking for problems.
I have been able to use my Neteller a/c with both Party and PokerNOW - haven't tried Empire yet. And the e-mail addresses do not match at Neteller and PokerNOW,
I use different e-mail addresses at each Party Skin. Only Party matches my Neteller a/c's e-mail address. | | Static Link |

IGM is party's way of linking your bank account to their system and that way you go through them and they don't pay transaction fees from Neteller, etc. Since you've already used it though, there's not really an incentive for them to give a bonus. I guess you could try making another deposit, ask for the bonus if you don't receive it and claim ignorance if they tell you that it's not available to you (but you still may miss out, so if you're short on cash, another deposit tying up your money is not a good idea).
Since IGM links to your bank account, party will float you the money to play, but you will not be able to make a withdrawal until they receive the money (~5 business days).
You can and should use the same Neteller account between skins, because Neteller only allows each person one account - if you create more than one, your account with them will be locked.

Does this mean I can never get that IGM bonus, or can I simply make a 2nd deposit using the IGMPAY code?
If so, how long do I have to wait after making a withdrawal from my account?
Also, I've read that you can't use the same Neteller account on multiple Party skins? Is this true?
Can I have multiple skins registered to the same email address? The same IGM account?
