that's not correct. you have to wager your "own money" in order to receive the bonus afterwards. but it's still theoretically +EV.
and I'm kind of tired to people talking about casino bonuses being "risk free" just because you get it up front to wager with. the WR carries over and if you do manage to have a profit at any point in a future session, the rollover from previous months that you pussied out of eats from that too. in the long run, the EV is exactly the same, and playing correctly will greatly lower your chances of getting banned. | | Static Link |

Littlewoods should be giving you 25 GBP/month that will accumulate, so you can hit those after you've cashed your poker money out and play risk free. Same with William Hill. Not too sure about the others, but I"ve heard you can do totalbet and UKbetting risk free.

What I do to break up the grind is play multi table tourneys. I'll play my usual 3 games of 1/2 lhe and them one multi. I play 1000 hands a day 5 days a week. If you are doing this for a living I think the best thing to do is put yourself on a kind of schedule. Give yourself a paycheck every week and dont play for too long at any one time. The bonuses take longer to clear I find but your game will improve a lot. I'd go for the easy casino bonuses but watch out. Good suggestion. I play some Omaha, 7 stud sometimes at low stakes to break things up. The other day I played Crazy Pineapple on Paradise. I used to play Crazy at a local casino years ago, so this was a fun diversion from LHE. The Crazy was "crazy" on Paradise. It was 1/2 Limit and almost every player saw the flop and about 75% of the time there was at least one raise pre-flop. I played for an hour and "survived" the play by breaking even. It was fun though. So to break up the grind, try a different card game (maybe low stakes). | | Static Link |

However - BJ is not fun. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz and you have to play perfectly.
It's always a nice diversion.
