William Hill as well as all the cryptos have USD tables. the bonus is 5GBP per hr for the first 5 hrs $1/$2 lhe or $.5/$1 nlhe minimum tables. The bonus is credited to your account in Dollars at the current exchange rate.(currently $8.5 USD per Hr)
there is no currency exchange fee. Its the best bonus for 1/2lhe or .5/1 nlhe out there.

You should do the Prima's which are not contributed, primarily Bet365 ($100 5x signup & $100 5x reload), Golden Riviera - these are two good ones to start out. Party and x-skins are also great, no 25c rake needed to qualify but search around for the different ways you need to sign-up for each skin and depending if you play NL/Limit how they rake. GL.

If you're already doing Crypto's you should also be doing the hourly bonus one - William Hill (no pin), UKBetting, TotalBet.

I try to note on the BW101 if a bonus is contributed. However, just because a bonus is contributed doesn't mean it is bad. Bodog and Poker333 are two examples. Granted not the best bonuses, but not bad terrible either especially when playing short handed or an ante game like Stud.

I see some sites where you have actually CONTRIBUTE to the hand to get counted towards your bonus. My questions are below.

1. Absolute's bonus , for me to clear the $200, i'd have to play 2000 raked hands. Does anyone know if that's contributed hands or be at the table where the hand is raked?

2. What other sites are good for dealt hands bonuses instead of contributed ones. I love the crypto sites to be honest and I found it easy to clear, but I see some of the Prima's are contributed and that makes me

Absolute does not require you to contribute to the pot - as long as you are dealt cards and the rake hits 50 cents, you get credit for a raked hand.

The Party sites are nice and easy, and (unless it was changed recently) don't require you to contribute to the pot to get credit for a raked hand, either. Paradise is another good option here.
