I have a friend who enjoys online poker but isn't really interested in full time power bonus whoring. They like playing sit and go tournies, and they prefer that they're lower stakes than most bonuses support. Things like $2.00 + $0.20 buy in sit and gos.
They realize that they aren't going to get any major bonuses, but they would appreciate some sort of reward for playing someplace, and they do actually play a lot.
Anyone have any suggestions on a good place and/or bonus?
If your friend is only 1-tabling and wants to avoid difficult oppostion, then they could do a small initial deposit to Pacific (25% bonus). The bonus has to be played through 20*, but the full tourney entry counts.
For example, if he deposited $100, he would have a $25 dollar bonus pending, and would have to put up $500. = <250 SnGs at that level, and could play them over 3 month... | | Read Entire Entry |

There's no reload bonus right now but in a month or two they should be having another one. The great part is that the bonus never expires, so they can chip away with low buy-in tourneys and SnG's until they meet the bonus requirements (it will take a LONG time at low stakes, but still possible). I hear that Bodog would be good for clearing bonuses with tournies, but I don't play there much at all so I can't speak from experience. | | Static Link |
