Well it actually is because he is a US player since they announced that they are no longer allowing Americans. I suspect yours won't be open much longer unless there was an error that you benefitted from.

You have to made bets totaling $50 to claim the bonus. That is trivial. Don't worry about it if you plan on actually playing cards. It is not a measure of rake contribution.

I'm not sure but i think a play through would mean you have to generate 50 in rake to get 50 in bonus. If you're at Bet365 this wouldn't be the case. Their bonus is $10 for 50 raked hands. It doesn't matter how much you take to the table.

The swings were pretty bad (didn't help I had opponents flop/turn/river sets to my TPTK about 4 times). There are good games to be found.
