From what I understand their bonuses work like a 50% rakeback that is transfered daily from "free money" to "real money." I've generated ~$150 in rake over this period and nothing has been converted. I've phoned CS but I keep getting the same lady who doesn't really answer my questions. Could someone please explain how these bonuses work?
