Yes, if you do it via Neteller. If you do it IGM you will have to wait for the money to clear before they give it back.

Party will not give you both a signup code and a refer a friend. So basically by you using WOWREAL (which is a better bonus than the refer a friend) you forfeit the right to the refer a friend. But look at it this way, you got a $100 bonus instead of a $25.
