I would just like to make a quick reply to that last posting from Zoozie. We have changed the terms to not include Blackjack. This was actually a mistake on our part. BlackJack was never meant to be included and we have changed the T&C's to what they should have been in the first place.

But I guess everyone expected this

Playing BJ for this bonus was way too favorable, so I think all agree it is fair.
Was fun while it lasted(1 month?, just for PR?). But there are now only 8 games left to play (3 slots, 3 VP and 2 table games) and I only find the slots near the same quality in the flash client as in the Viper software, so this is my only complaint actually.

I have just had a look at this posting and all your replies and suggestions etc.
I am not replying to make excuses about what has happened to these members. We are a new site and we are still adjusting. We also did experience some technical problems regarding support emails last week which did cause some problems. Of course this is no reason for people not getting replies. If you have emailed Purple Lounge support and not received a reply I apologize greatly. There are improvements going on within the company at the moment which I am sure will improve our customer service response which include technical improvements and also staff improvements.
As to the casino bonus. The bonuses are credited every 24 hours. At the moment it is not automatic so there may be delays but please be reasurred that we will credit your account if you have met the wagering requirements.

I'm just jumping back onboard after being out and about for a week. All this talk is a bit troubling since the Purple Lounge is in the process of being brought on board here at Casinomeister. It's a Prima poker site with a Micro flash casino as well. The problems that they're having could be teething problems since they're relatively new. I'll check into this and ensure that these problems will not continue before they are brought fully on.

hi reptile,

i e-mailed support after i had completed the wagering for the first $200. got a quick reply saying they had just credited it. the best way to get the bonuses is do the wagering for each bonus seperate, i was also told off these when you finish the wagering for each bonus, the $200 bonus goes in automatically. hope this helps you...........

I had also waited several days for the small installments of the bonus that should be credited after 24 hours.

So I just wrote an email to support and I got a reply ery fast and that my account now was credited with a bonus. I got 2 installments (out of 5) credited, but I am sure I should have gotten 4 or 5. So I just think they are ...VERY... busy with crediting bonuses and that it is not automated yet and takes some manuel work.

When did you play there. I deposited 1000$ myself to play at the casino. Im sure I have wagered enough for the first installment of the bonus. I reached that amount sometime thursday.

They say that they will pay the bonus within 24 hours, but nothing has shown up in my account, and support dont answer e-mails. Im not the only one with this problem, I have talked to a few on other forums that have the same trouble. Some have waited more than a week without being able to get a reaction from support, before they finally gave up and took their money elsewhere.

Don't worry, it once happened to me with Neteller.. I deposited some money and didn't appeared within 48 hours..

What happens is that a communication problem screws up the transfer.. so the signal to take your funds arrives to the bank, once the it goes back to the cashier of the poker room is missed and they don't get confirmation.

Talk to them, it must have happened in the past to them.

It shouldn't take more than 48 hours though...

Quite a shame you're taking this one incident as how all other rooms operate, but that's your perogative.

I think if you read many other threads about great experiences with arious other casinos/poker rooms, you'd change your mind.

na i worked that bit out..the only thing that annoyed me was i deposited last night and took them 16hrs to contact me and i deposited wanting to play poker not sit for almost a day and send emails..the issue was sorted but sad you have to come to this site about an poker room for help..in saying that ive recieved a few emails now from them apologising and assuring me it wouldnt happen again ..it def won...

You have to revisit the cashier after depositing to transfer funds to the poker room. My account is in £ but when i transfer money it gets transferred into $. It didnt seem ery clear though, so its possible that you haven't made the transfer. Please ignore me if this is not the case.

I only deposited a small amount to see what the poker etc was like and to guage the level of support. So it would be good knowing if there trustworthy (i've got no reason to believe their not yet but if the support is not there then i will play elsewhere)

ok i agree a lot of what you say abot these things can happen online but you deposited £1000 ok and YOU had to go to the trouble of contacting naomi through this site..now i can only assume that the fact u had to do that shows u recieved NO support also...now this is something that has annoyed me for ages...poker rooms 99% of them allow easy deposits agreed? But then they delay withdrawals by asking for ID surely to any sane man this should be asked for BEFORE anyone deposits,,,one other thing that annoys me a lot is the fact some sites that use tribeca software ie paddypower wont allow any withdrawals for 3 days after u deposit whats that all about..i asked them this question and they replied its fr security reasons and they had been advised to do this by the software provider..yet they are the only site on tribeca i know off implementing this surely this is only a ruse so that players will keep on playing ...geee

your right reptile i should have been a little more careful..had i took the time to read there T+C i didnt know that it takes them if you cashout on a friday another 7 days to process card withdrawals and amazingly then you even have to pay for it..reason i joined was bonus looked good but it aint and its a uk site so i thought uk + prima safe enough 16hrs no reply and there support telephone number is never answered and you cant even contact prima directly..fingers crossed though ..

Another thought about your situation noluckever67. I don't know if you have a particular reason for choosing PurpleLounge, but if you just want to play online poker I would just take out my money if they are actually in there and go to some reputable site instead.

I think that the site that will give you the least trouble is Pokerstars. Fast cash withdrawal and decent customer service. You could also go to Betfred. Its a much smaller site, but people like their customer service (live chat that actually is alive!) and they offer a nice bonus, that is easy to clear at low limits. Always nice to have decent bonus when you are just starting out.

There are lots of others god sites but I think you will be safe with these two.

You know what? You are right, they have some screwy system where you have to transfer your funds before you can start playing. Noluck, can you try that? Go into your banking section, and there should be a link there to click that says transfer money to poker account, or something like that. Let us know.

I deposited with Purple Lounge a some time ago and have some problems of my own with them, although the cash did show up.

For your problem I remember something that might help. The money wasen't in the pokerroom when I opened it the first time. I had to choose "Bank" in the pokerclient and when in the bank go to "Banking" and choose "cash to purple lounge poker" from the menu, and then from that screen transfer the money to the poker account.

I agree with you about their support, it is ery slow and bad. I'm having problems getting my casinobonus credited. I have sent them 3 e-mails, so far they have sent one reply, and that wasent ery helpfull. I have talked to a few people on other forums that have the same problems. So far I hope they are just slow.

Hi, welcome to the forum!

It's not "only £200" - that's a lot of money to most people here!
I know ery little about Purple Lounge, other that they are ery new on the scene.

I know it's ery frustrating for you, but 12hrs is a little bit soon for alarm bells to be going off.
Try to stay calm & patient and keep trying to contact them.
I've sign-up to 100's of online sites over the last 5-years and have never been ripped-off once. I'm sure it will turn out OK in the end.

i deposited £200 in this poker room last night..the money never appeared in my account even though i have emails from www.metacharge.com with transaction details to proove i did..i thought easy i will contact purple lounge support..12 hrs later i have had no email they do NOT answer the telephone number provided and as far as i can see have basically just ripped me off...i will never ever play poker online agaion this has gutted me and im sure anyone who deposits at there casino poker room all you want is good customer support well theres is an absolute disgrace and if casinomeister can do anything about it i can provide all evidence he needs ....they claim to have support 24/7 by the way and thats just LOL.....STAY AWAY.
