This effects the full ring players in a massive way. For a tight full ring player it isn't going to be a good bonus(pretty terrible).

But the 5 max tables can tick the bonuses over fast as you are playing 60-80% of the hands. (or 100% if you are playing stud!). So the reduction didn't effect the shorthand tables as much.

grr when did they do this, i was just researching which ongame skin to do next & it was easy back in april so was looking forward to another one

if it is 0.1 point / 10 cents raked it will end up at 35% CRB - too bad I cannot do well at shorthand . However - 35% CRB is not anywhere near "100% or greater" - so I must be still bloundering my maths.

if you play full ring stud it can be. That is because every ante is counted as contributed.

Other ideas:
Ladbrokes, close to 100% rakeback and monthly bankroll boaster bonuses are 600%+ contributed rakeback
Many of the Ongame sites have 100% contributed rakeback or greater.
Poker4ever has a 100% contributed rakeback bonus.

Hello,

until today I have always thought ongame bonuses are trash. Is there anyone willing to explain where am I wrong in my judgement ?

My judgement :

*** most ongame rooms have the 0.07 points per 0.10$ raked from pot;

*** that means aprox 1 point for every 1.45$ raked;

*** looking at a common 10x bonus - 1$ cleared every 14.5$ raked away;

*** this is average contributed bonus, correct ? I will be very optimistic estimating the average flop seen at NL50 tables where I play. Let's say 40% - that would translate into roughly 35% VPIP. So every time I contribute to the pot there will be another 2.5 players challenging it.
I will have to...

Hi!

i started with nearly the same amount in my bankroll. I did so far PartyPoker of course and after that the following sites:

PokerStars
ParadiesPoker
Golden Riviera Poker
Trident Poker (but the old PokerTime bonus,now Trident, and there new bonus is horrible)
Empire Poker

since a few weeks I am clearing $100 at Paradies again.
I play all the time NL25 if it is possible with 4 - 6 tables. On Paradiese there are only 4 Tables open for NL25 over the day, so i am playing 1 table NL50 from time to time.

I´m looking for bonus programs that are better than rakeback. If there aren´t any, I might as well signup directly to a big site (FT for example) through a rakeback site.

Well there are some that are better than rakeback. You could clear the full tilt bonus playing at .05/.10 NL, which playing full ring games would be equivalent to 54% rakeback.

The problem is, unless you played a TON you'd never finish the bonus. Now if that doesn't matter to you, that's cool. But if you plan to move up in the future, you may not want to piss away the $600 sign up bonus when you are only going to clear $100 of it.

For the record, with a bankroll of $500 you are properly staked to play NL25...sometimes referred to as .10/.25 NL. You have 20 buy ins, which is widely regar...

This is a mighty useful site for the poker player. Thanks a lot. I have learned loads of stuff here.

What I missed on this website is a step-by-step whoring plan for the beginning whore. Party and Empire is the obvious start, but after that, where should I go?

My profile: $0.05/0.10 NLHE full ring (9/10), multi-tabling x4, TAG but not a rock, I PFR a lot in LP. Bankroll $500 ($600 after doing Empire ). From Europe.
Already did the bonuses of Party and PS (my first pokersite, when I knew nothing about bonuses).

Suggestions (or links to already existing threads covering this question) are appreciated.

Thanks

As ripper said, your options are very limited at that limit. If you're flexible in your limits you should check out the BW101, enter in your "max deposit," which would be $500 in your case.

If you have to play 0.05/0.10NL, you may want to look at...

At this limit $0.05/0.10 you won't get much. Bonuses are getting hard and harder all the time. If you go up to .5/$1 you can do william hill. £25 for 5 hours play or you can do the Hollywood poker $100 sign up 5X pp
