Me too, this is a good description of what I get. My Cable broadband is now in excess of 4Mbit, but it makes no difference! Things are worse now than when I had a mere 750Kbit on the broadband.
Casinos have tried to blame my kit, but I have tried this on a new DELL PC on Tiscali ADSL broadband 2Mbit, Windows XP, 80Gb drive, and 4x the speed. Pretty much the same problems, although the slots spin a little faster once the casino is running properly.

In the end, this works against the casinos as I often decide to not play some of my MG casinos for ...

The update seems not to happen properly if the casino is just logged in and left idle, even that would be something.
I have left a casino logged in and idle for two hours and not a single new game downloaded, it required me to sit there and click each and every new game to force it to download. Try to play without the new games and the software almost seizes solid.

Opened an account at Wild Jack just today (since my regular Casino is no longer taking U.S. players). I had no problem downloading the casino software, and I did not get any dropped connections during about 2 hours of play. I was playing 5 hand BJ, and I did notice that there was sometimes a lag as the cards were dealt to each hand. Usually it was just a second, but from time to time it was several seconds, and a few times it was up to 10 seconds. It was pretty annoying, but not enough to cause me not to go back (mainly because options for U.S. players are dwindling, and also because I won $400!).

Every time they release a new batch of games, the casinos "go bad" for a time afterwards, even when the new games have been downloaded. This month, I have identified another problem. After the new games download, the software becomes extremely "sticky" and also jerky in play. The sticky part is that it can take up to 3 minutes or more to launch a game (usually a matter of 15 seconds), when playing, the game is ery jerky, runs much more slowly than usual, and often freezes for long periods. After around 2 hours of continuous play, the software suddenly frees up and plays normally. Sadly, only till next month. One symtom I observed was that during this stickly phase, o...

I agree with you 100% and I told her so but not in a harsh way I didnt want to push any buttons and make her upset. Im sure there is a gambling problem and i was just relating what she said in the email. I never read all of the things that were on the site. I have been gambling at wild jacks for 3 years and all slots for about a year in fact the factory is the only place i gamble so what was said on a site i didnt bother to even read until it was brought up.

JF had its eCogra Seal suspended for black hat (dubious search engine optimization) activities. These involved adding pages with out-landish claims; one stated slots could get you out of debt.

However, imo a person would need to be mentally challenged to believe this claim. I find it hard to believe that anyone who owned a home (or sounds like in this case a mortgage) would be suckered into believing this rot.

Whoever this person is I think she has a hidden agenda & is playing you for a sucker!

Just my 2 cents worth

If this stands up it could seriously damage the factory. Does this other player have an ulterior motive?
If you remember the recent scandal about the "stories" on all the Jackpot Factory website, followed by a suspension of their eCogra seal (now reinstated), their defence was that no player would actually believe the stories as they were pretty far fetched.
Given the state of the legislation in the states, this one case, if proven, that the factory acted irresponsably and caused the player to lose their home through the claims on the site, will be what it takes to make certain the ban becomes law in more than just California. I can just imagine those senators having the adrenaline rush now that finally they can see this bill making it this time after all those attempts.
It wont stop the gambling, but it will make it ery difficult, as many rely on the uncertain nature of the wire act and argue it does not apply to casino games.

To this day this is happening also in the flash i get the unknown error message. Yesterday i got an email from someone that use to play at all slots she said she noticed me on one of the other boards and asked me if i would like to go on in signing a petition against the factory and that she was going to write are congressman and tell him her problem and try to ban all gambling in California. I told her that IMO just because of a couple bad casinos i didn't think it was fair to everyone to try to stop the gambling in California. She must have a pretty bad gambling habit because she lost her home and she said that she read the web page at all slots and thats when she started gambling. I don't know if she can actually stop gambling but i will certainly be upset if it happens.

I have noticed this problem on and off for months running into years. I have noted all along that Jackpot Factory are by far the worst, and have been for some time. I have contacted support many times, but they are in denial at the factory, and it looks like the rule is to issue the standard fob-off (internet traffic, your ISP etc) and take the issue no further. It seems that the player community has finally had enough of this bull, and want a serious attempt by the casino operators to find a solution.
I have also found this problem at the Casino Action sites, although not as often as at Jackpot Factory.
The big problem at Jackpot Factory is the inability to log on in the first instance, but the second attempt seems to go through fine. I suspect that there is an underlying error in the way the Viper client interacts with the browser and operating system that adds to the existing issues. At some point, the casino interface deals incorrectly with priorities, such as opening windows behind the sc...

sumerafa,

Glad that you raised this issue. 95% of my game play is at 7Sultans, however I also occasional play at First Web.

Since April I've experienced the same issue at 7Sultans and have also had the same problem with FW (not as often though).

Reporting this problem to support only get the usual BS replies that it's not our end, it must be yours, your connect is dropping out not ours...blah...blah...blah

Though as this only ever happens with casinos who are running their game servers from the Kahnawake (used to have the same issue with King Neptune too), I'm of the firm opinion that a router over at the server compond at Kahnawake has an ongoing fault.

As both casinos seem happy to pass the buck back to my court, I've taken the task of trying to find the issue myself.

So far I've run tracerts on the following IPs:

7Sultans Game server (one of)
66.212.236.43

First Web Casino Game server
64.34.230.137 (one ...
