Guess what?
Today my 32Vegas account has been reopened. I just received this email from my VIP manager:
Dear,
This is Dana here, your VIP Manager at 32Vegas. How are you doing? I hope you are having a wonderful week.
Aleksander, I took the courtesy to leave a free bonus of $100 in your account. The Spin $2 Million and Take $5 Million slots are really getting hot right now. Every day there are lots of big winnings and I am sure you will belong in this group as well.
Play with your free bonus and have fun winning!
Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or queries.
Best wishes,
Dana Brooks

I downloaded the software and saw that my account has been reopened!!! I played with $100 in few minutes and contact the support to close my account!
And guess what? My account is still opened. I really don't know what to do ... | | Read Entire Entry |

Glad to hear it...
It's amazing how many shady operators won't do the right thing until they start getting bad PR.

And, it is exactly the case here! They were not waiting for more info from the player. They just didn't want to close my account for months, and months...
They were expecting more playing and more, and more...regardless my constantly requestests to close the account. And, they were even sending me constantly promotional offers, although I have unsubscribe from their mailing list.....What attack to the personality?! What do you think?
Greetings

The OP should email them and tell them they have a huge gambling problem, and they're about to lose their house because of it. The reply (or lack of) would be an interesting read

Another reason is you still leave your account open to fraud if it is linked to a site such as neteller or click. I have gotten phone calls from places where my accounts "have been closed". I am also one of those trying to curb my gambling, so CasinoMeister makes a good point. My problems have been solved except Im having problems unsubscribing from some places..so i send them to the spam file.

No, many reputable casinos will close your account on request.
And that's the way it should be.
