Yeah but i havn't recieved any reloads for 3-4months because CS says that: "i have recieved a substanial amount of bonus in the past"

Definatly very +EV if it is just bonus. if B+D it is still +EV.
A general guidline is if it is below 30x bonus (15x B+D) it is easily +EV under normal blackjack rules.

I did deposit and I cashed out two days later after completing the bonus. After that I uninstalled Partypoker and when I got the option to send a comment about why I did that, I actually responded and sent an e-mail to their support.
