I have sent them the fax back forms 3 times, which takes according to them 3-5 days to approve (a week in reality). After a week they reject them without a alid reason. This time I had forgotten to write my telephone's area code which has nothing to do with winnings. --> Let's not pay this guy in another 2 weeks! Other times I didn't even get a reason for the rejection.

This seems to happen only at rogue casinos. Casino Extreme is not a casino I recommend to anyone. Casino Extreme is a typical RTG where their only interests seem to be getting you to deposit and avoid paying you at all costs.

Please avoid this place.

I didn't find them on the rogue lists, why is that?

WD made in January - the money still has not hit my Neteller accounts.

I seriously thought that Casino Extreme > Palace of Chance/Shark/Cirrus but I am starting to think that CasinoExtreme = Virtual Group.

No replies to my e-mails in 7 days. Worrying. I keep mailing them 4 times a week.

Good luck with your cause. Casino Extreme is not paying me $175 (net winnings only $75). I requested my Cash out in January ia Neteller, and they still havent paid. The CS is terrible, and I have to wait 3-7 days for an e-mail reply. I have sent documents 2-3 times already.

I am not in the US, but using Neteller as well.

Christ here's today's news!! My head hurts it's something new everyday!! They don't even bother to email me and tell me that things have changed again.. Thank god they have live chat or i would not know what was going on..

Sasha tells me today they cant send any checks since USA player's can't play online anymore.. So now its a wire transfer? All i want is my money and i won't bother them again.. I sent a VOIDED check so they could see i was the owner of the bank account also.. Will see what tomorrow brings i guess..

Okay ***Update*** All this time i have been waiting and here's the email i got today from Henry.. I got everything sent in Faxback, Driver's license, Utility bill... I was told from Sasha that if everything is in order the check will be sent next Wednesday.. I'm not complaining i just wish they would have told me to send in the docs when i first requested the withdrawal..

That sucks. It looks to me that they were ery well automated and now they aren't I can tell by looking at the webpage that they don't have a lot of human interface going on. 'festive greetings december 25th' FFS

Like a lot of people you might have to just stay igilant, be patient, and hope for the best. I know that's not much help, if any. Hope it works out for you.

I also have had a lot of good experiences here, though i always used neteller and there instant withdrawal option.
I wouldnt be too concerned about getting paid, i think it will just take a little time, a lot of places are way behind since neteller pulled out, but the checks seem to slowly be coming in.

Thanks Rob!! The only other withdrawal method for me is Overnight Express check.. Hopefully this will work out alright? If i get a check from some bank in Africa my bank will never cash it!! Hopefully it will be drawn from a US bank?

Sounds like it should be processed on Wed. the 31st but don't know how, it didn't say anything about how.

Thats exactly what I was thinking! I suppose the 2 wks is the back log of reqests to withdraw..but it would have been nice if it was stated that way!
