This thread is being upgraded to closed since it is absolutely going nowhere. Mysticjoz - you are going to have to face it, this casino isn't going to pay you a dime. To everyone else, the purpose of this forum is not to indulge in rants, racist remarks, foul language, and other childish behavior. The purpose of this forum is to solve problems. Unforunately, it's not a perfect world and some of your problems won't be solved here.

I posted that letter for 2 reasons and yes one of those reasons was for my own satisfaction... some of us may have started off on the wrong foot but I think in the end each and every one of us got along and made amends.

Liz, I completely and totally agree.
But, the problem still remains, just like the other two threads.
She's not going to get paid.
That's the way they are and always will be.
When these fools set their mind ( whatever is left of it ) to not to pay someone, they don't pay.
Can ANYONE here tell us of a situation where some one was owed a great deal of money ... Virtual refused to pay ... admitted a mistake, then changed their mind and paid the full amount?
That was a serious question.

Hi fcat.. I personally do not feel this is derailing this thread at all.. IMO
this thread was started because of thier unethical practices and lies and to try to keep anyone from falling prey to such ultures as those who "run" Palace of Chance. I never expected to see anymore money from these thieves .. however I refuse to be degraded or belittled by someone who made nothing but empty promises and lies. My apologies for losing my objectivity and my rudeness to Mystic. It was uncalled for and there is no excuse, it just finally got under my skin and I blew. This is the most civilized forum on the net and *hole-ism need not be tolerated.
It's an unfortunate situation whether her jackpot was 'fairly' trapped by that crappy term or not. There are a lot of lessons to be learned from this issue. But I'll leave it to others to learn their own lessons as I have learned mine.
I'll be staying out of this issue from here on. Bryan informed me that she had indeed PaB. All I can assume is that the casino did not provide him with the numbers months ago or he would have told her that she did or did not have a standing, and she would have reported that to us. Instead she had to rely on another member to transcribe and sort the mess out from screen shots.

1st time ive seen this thread. saw how popular it was and had to take a look. Too be honest it would take me a week to go through the entire thread.
My conclusion from what I read.
Just sad on many levels.
Promise to pay then accuse of wrongdoings
(I would consider a site to check if it was a alid win before phoning and confirming the payout. There is no excuse for that)
