SunPalace is no prize either. I've been waiting over a month to receive a payout and they have every excuse in the book. After I receive my payouts in full, i'll be closing account there. Their behavior is "roguelike' in my opinion after constant emails and online chats, etc.

Congrats! It seems that a month it's usually a month or so with these guys if you are really patient & persistent. Seems that you have to a be a real winner to get your money: not just get lucky in the games, but also be strong enough to keep asking for your money.
BTW, why was BetRoyal removed from Rogue Casino list?

Money ($800) was in my NETeller account late this afternoon.
For those who are still fighting with them, all I can really suggest is that you keep scrupulous records of every Live Chat you ever do with them. I ended up with about 10-15 different emails from their Live Chat because I would always have them forwarded to me. Maybe that helped, maybe not ... but it gave me some peace of mind, at the ery least. I even copied and pasted all the Live Chats into a Word document, just in case.
If they tell you a specific time frame (like 24 hours), hit them up on the Live Chat after the 24 hours is up if they haven't upheld their end. Keep plugging away at 'em (that's what I did) and I wish everyone the best ... and even consider myself mighty lucky this time around.
I didn't do anything special ... I was just persistent.

Let us know if you get it! I would still go with the 31-60 days. They like to dangle the carrot out there for as long as possible. As long as you arent in any hurry you are fine. From what I can tell they do pay eventually, it's just a ROYAL pain the ass. Good luck! I dont know how Royal stays in business treating their customers this way but they do. Must be the bonuses!

Supposedly, and after numerous Live Chats, I finally am told that the withdrawal has been processed and should be in my NETeller account within 24-72 business hours. I did also receive an email from them stating the same.
I kept copies of all the Live Chats and also always had them email the chats to me as well, just in case.

Thanks Pocketdiggers77, I found that out when I talked to them recently. They were able to activate the account in the RTG platform, so I started playing my comp points on that platform.
It's been roughly 8-9 business days since the withdrawal. I was told that it would take 7-10 business days to get it approved and then 24-48 hours for it to show in my NETeller. When I got the account activated in RTG, the "guy" said that it may take a little longer because they're focused on the transition to RTG.
I can be a persistent SOB, so I'll be talking to them again in the next few days. Lastly, I can't iew my account history yet in the RTG platform ... yet another bug, like you said.

You have to get CS to activate your account, then you can log in. They still have a ton of bugs.

Betroyal usually paid me ery slowly ($2000/ a month), but now I am waiting for a withdrawal which is almost 2 months old. The support told me continously lies about the date. Later they ignored my emails. Nowadays I started to contact them on the phone and in the live chat. No success until this time. I wrote to Playtech about this problem. Try requesting the cashout ia Western Union, in chunks of 800-1k. When I played poker there, I got my cashout ia Western Union in less than one day. Beware, they have some rules for this that can make you wait a day or two (most notably the time of day that you call to request it), so check first and be sure you do it correctly.
I'd never play there again, their CS people are retarded... and because they banned me for no reason after I cashed out.

That's a load of C***. They are probably broke and are making this up. Deposits from Neteller are instant, and only get credited to the casino when Neteller provide the transaction reference. If YOUR deposit went OK, this would further indicate this as being an excuse. Neteller might be able to look at this if you have that excuse in writing, as this could be libel directed at Neteller, as it indicates they are not creditworthy and owe this group some 400K.
