Yes, patience too. Sometimes, the frustration is overbearing, and I find myself having to relearn the alue of patience.

It seems Royal Vegas is based in Belize? I thought only their payment processor was licensed in Belize?

Payment processing is in Belize, servers are in Kahnaweewee, and their support crew is in SA. This is typical for many MGS casinos.

There silence for these couple of days should not change the frequency of your calls or emails to them until your issue is resolved. Don't let them have a chance to forget about you even for a minute. If you allow them to put you on the back-burner, they will.

As for me, Platinum eventually processed my withdrawal to my QT account. I wish I didn't have to spend so much time writing dozens of emails to them before they finally paid me.. I basically showed them, with their own words, the extent of the ridiculous inconsistencies I received from their support staff regarding iable withdrawal methods as it pertained to my cashin.

Good luck..

Qt seems to change terms often, without notification. Just contact your casino rep for current terms and availability and you should be okay.

I have used Quicktender for deposits an withdraws no problems at all
I have also used them to withdraw to my checking account an no problems there either
if I remember correctly I was charged $20 thru Quick an my bank charged me $10
I think it was well worth it as i got that cash an it took no more then 4 days from Quick to checking an maybe 2 days from the casino's to Quick

they are no pun intended just as Quick as neteller used to be the fee's might be a tad higher but i got the cash

an I have had no problems with withdraws from FL Group or Casino Action Group using Quick

Good Luck

Cindy

I see they have QuickTender. Has anyone in the US used QT for withdrawal and have an opinion on how good or bad a withdrawal option that is? The casinos say they process withdrawals to the QT accounts in anywhere from a few hours to about 2 days. I see QT charges a $20 fee and they only use ACH to get the dough out to account holder's bank aacount. What's up with that? I'll look for answers in the forum too.

Had the same problem with Casino Action Group except at first they were tellng me $2,500 per WEEK when I cashed in after reading their terms stipulationg $10K week. Requested a cash out for $10k on 9/24. On 10/13 three of the four checks arrived. All were mailed separately with a 1st Class USPS stamp from Las Vegas. I won't deposit casino winnings into my bank and since dropping the checks at the check cashing co. I do biz with on Monday, the bank quit erifiing anything on the phone and the dept in charge hasn't bothered to respond in any fashion whatsoever. The fourth check still MIA.

On 10/18, two days after my QuickTender withdrawal request at PlatinumPlay, I received this email:

I have today been informed by our Treasury Company that you need to update your preferred method of payment to regular mail check in the casino banking menu as this is currently the only method that we are able to make use of to process withdrawals to the US.

But theyll accept your QuickTender deposit in a heartbeat.

I have their ATMCard...issued and activated about 5 months ago. Attempts to withdraw using this ATM Card got me no where.

I just spoke to someone at FL a few days ago and I asked about their ATM card, but they told me they don't issue them anymore - only people who had them before can use them....

I just had a ery large check bounce from the Fortune Lounge Group and it took almost 20 days to be returned from the bank as "ACCOUNT CLOSED" Fortune lounge notified me the day before it was going to bounce. I have since had all kinds of problems and now they are claiming that they can only issue withdraws in $2500 increments per day and will not tell me if the new checks have been mailed only that they have been processed. Furthermore they are telling me to not withdraw the checks until they actually clear the bank. Seeing how the last one took over 19 days to come back closed and the super slow shipping of the new checks that means we cannot get our money until about 50 days later. What has happened to Fortune Lounge? All you hera is excuses about US Legislation but no where does it say anything about withdraws only deposits and the casinos seem to take those quickly. Fortune Lounge also does not seem to want to help on the bank fees I incurred either by their bounced check. Not to mention h...
