Futurebet is a cheap option for entering the online gaming industry. If these people were serious, they would certainly be able to fork out more then the 25k required for the Futurebet sub-license.
It also differs as per their agreement with Futurebet, as far as I know, most Futurebet sub-licensees do not handle payouts to customers, instead Futurebet do.
Futurebet handle all transactions with their payment processor, they then send a cheque with 30-75% of the profit to the licensee at the end of the month. It is the responsibility of Futurebet to handle all cashouts.
Please read the following example: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/News...+pay+scam.aspx
And to quote:

Oh Really? So why when I read SBR I read about an operation being bought out, another one closing down but honouring balances etc. Don't sound the same to me there.
I'm no casino industry expert, but my understanding of it is people & companies buy or license this futurebet model - and is down to each individual operation as to whether they wish to, or can, carry on & honour obligations. Some places might be run by multi-millionaire's with some integrity - others might be run by skint, dodgy carribean sun-worshippers - who knows.

To keep this on topic (not sure what the last few posts are about - Empire isn't Vegas24, far as I know) - would much appreciate if anyone can post any recent (November) succesful withdrawals from them here - as I have a large cashout pending, and still have faith currently that they will be able to rise above Futurebet's problems. They certainly do seem a much bigger op than some of the one's I've been hearing about closing their doors. Ie. I understand you can buy a license & the software from futurebet for as low as $25k - Vegas24 is a 'platinum sponsor' of an English Premiership football team (Birmingham) -there's a lot, lot more money involved than $25k when you're such a sponsor.

Hi all
I just wanna say that I have only known Bruce a month or so and in that time he has always bent over backwards so to speak to help A) his forum members and B) his affiliate players.
He has been instrumental in helping me build up my forum and for this I thank him profusily.
I have had no real dealings with Jolub but I must agree that it seem he has been banned for being a pain in the proverbial backside. I know that it takes a hell of a pain for Bruce to ban. Trust me when I say this as I have been that pain a few times.
Some of you know me and some know off me and you all know that I say it as I see it.

I am really not even sure why this player complains about not receiving a pin # when he replied to my previous email which had the pin # 4 lines down. He replied to my email which was sent earlier this morning:
My request is still the same. I never got an email with my pin which I was
promised. Please send me a

I am hoping this is the newest one and not the one that was first

Thanks

This player seems to have an axe to grind with other sites, and feels the need to implicate casinospot, into the mix. I would appreciate any reference in regards to casinospot be removed from this negative posting section.

Hi Uungy
maybe I was not clear in my previous posts. Jolub contacted player support through live chat. He answered the questions that they asked him to erify. They then send an email to the players email address with the pin#. The player support (as explained to me)does not have access to players pin #'s. It is automatically generated through email. In some cases, the manager of player support can access this information, but as a rule, they do not have access to it.
player support was unaware that the player did not receive the pin#. Jolub, did not recontact them to advise them, he was still waiting. Jolubs email provider for whatever reason, did not let the email get through, to his inbox. Therefore no one knew this was a problem until Jolob complained to Baechips who then advised me. I then immediately contacted the player, sent him his new pin# at 9:42am (pst). Now this player is again saying he has not received his pin # so I have resent this to him at 2:17 (pst). hi Uungy
He did contact them 2 times, but unbeknownst ( hmm, not sure if that is a word) to anyone, his email provider was blocking player support emails. So no one was aware he was not getting the emails. As soon as baechips let me know I was able to fix it, and send him his pin#. I also explained this to jolub. He is free to withdraw his $26.55 now.
thanks

jolub,
First off you have never deposited at casinospot. You received a free $10.00 real money promotion that ran about 2 months ago. Your email service for whatever reason blocked emails from player support when they tried to issue your pin # for withdrawal, twice. Baechips actually had been acting on your behalf with helping you receive your pin# so that you could withdraw. Like I told you before you can reach me: manager (at) casinospot.com
You were given $10.00 real money and you now have $26.55 real money that you can cash-out. There has never been 1 incident of a non-payment or slow withdrawal from casinospot. We pay our players promptly every single time. No excuses.
I am sorry you have not received prompt an efficient services from the other sites, but please do not "lump" casinospot in with others, that have not done you or any other player wrong.
Thank you,
Morty

I would stay away from any Futurebet/IGS operation. Sportsbookreview.com is reporting the whole Futurebet organization is on the erge of collapse.

More Futurebet Sportsbook brands report that the operation will not pay book owners or their players. Brand owners who ignored Futurebet warnings now realize they have been marketing a scam operation and find themselves with player debt that they cannot pay. Futurebet has not passed earnings, from what has been a ery favorable football season for the house, on to sportsbook site owners. Book owners who have been stiffed out of these profits must go into their pocket or stiff the players who managed to win.
There are multiple threads of discussion...here's a good start....

Just to add, while I recieved payment, I would be careful, as bonus money was taken off, after a withdrawal was requested, since they claim they have the rights to cancel bonuses even after its been played through (ie transferred from bonus money to main account), if they "feel you are abusing the bonus"
So I would still put them in the don't play, at the moment. Unfortunatly I no longer have the email from them, but its iewable on my account (I think)

Hi UUNGY,
I am sorry to hear that you are having a delay in withdrawal, please email me at Daniel@Vegas24.com as I am sure that I can be of assistance.
KEMPE I wish that I could help you with your withdrawal from Empire Casino but we have no connection with them at all apart from being on the same network. I will send an email to my Rep at IGS and make them aware of this thread and hopefully that will help.
Please feel free to email me at any time if you have any questions or comments regarding Vegas24.

egas24 did pay after contacting daniel a dozen times.
empire can't be reached, you only get to "player support" and they say the can contact the real manager by email or something.
I still have 2000$ overthere, 1000$ own money. Don't know if it would be worth a PAB?
In my opinion the should at least be on a blacklist. With VirtualCasino you can talk at least to the real manager. Empire just hides behind a livedesk that doesn't know anything!!
Is it worth contacting futurebet??

I have a withdrawal of $2000 pending since 1 July this year. Contacted support dozen of times, all they say that they have delays in payment!
I don't believe them anymore. But I keep contacting them every week, hope they get annoyed and start paying me!

Make sure you screen print or print out your winnings next time before you withdrawal and print out the tracking number or other comfirmation, ect.. If there problems then you have proof when you file with the gaming commission whatever is located. It make it alots easier. Always check if they are with the gaming commission before you make a deposit. I always trust Kahawake gaming commission. Most microgaming software have it. I don't know about Curacao but I don't trust it.
You can check it at this site. www.kahnawake.com/gamingcommission
then go click on permit holder

I have a pending withdrawal for about 10 days now, from what I have read, Vegas24 have never failed to pay someone, just kept them waiting a long time!
I e-mailed Daniel and he got back to me ery promptly with the normal management speak, but I dont have any faith that they will give me my money anytime soon!
My instincts are that these people arent crooks and that I will get my money eventually...but maybe in a month, maybe two..which is unacceptable really!
On a side note I e-mailed the Curacao Gaming Board complaining about Vegas24, and they sent me a form, which I will fill in and send off, if I have not been paid in another couple of weeks.
Also if nothing happens by this time next week I am tempted to e-mail Daniel again and threaten to report them to the Curacao Gaming Board...not that it will make much difference!

you see, the guy is, or now is, actually the 'Director of Gaming' - which presumably encompasses sportsbook, casino & poker. You all know what it's like at work - how the directors don't like, or can't deal with day to day detail fully - drives me mad that, at work anyways (dealing with directors that is - I'm not one!) - so maybe the fault lies elsewhere, and heads need to be kicked in internally there? like I say, maybe someone to be invited here would help highlight & address concerns.

My ery rough guess, based on my research -is that they are no more cash strapped, or rich than your average casino - is just that a lower priority has been given to prompt payments than should be the case...and higher priority given to expansion and marketing. Ive not heard of a single case of actual non-payment yet so far, if that helps re-assure - the longest wait I have heard of is 2 months - ery ery bad, but better than complete non-payment. Has anyone invited them to come here and address concerns?

There's another thread discussing the situation here.

Some people report getting paid, but can't say the same for myself. I requested a cashout in early April. By mid May I was emailing Daniel the manager on a daily basis. I was twice promised I would be paid in 24hrs, eventually he started ignoring my emails.
After 2 months I gave up and used the alternative method to get the money out...only cost me $12 in rake.
