$250 per week looks like a business in serious financial trouble... a kid could collect enough beer cans or soda bottles to service a debt like that... what are these guys even doing in business if they can only pay out $250 per week?
Have you Pitched a Bitch? They are giving terms and then changing them... any way you look at it, ALL players should know the facts so they can decide themselves whether to play at a such place.

Jetset, any relation to Jumbo Corporation? (http://www.jumbocorporation.com/)
The reason I ask is because they have a link through Jumbo affiliates to Ozlotteries, which is a ery popular and reputable online lottery site in Australia run by Jumbo.
Jumbo is also listed on the ASX.
If they are connected, I have no doubts that you will be paid in full.

This operator is an Australian who has been in the business for years and has been involved in a few player issues in the past, but if the T&Cs stipulate what you have indicated (and you have clearly read the T&Cs thoroughly - hopefully before playing) then you are stuck with them I'm afraid.
It sucks, I know....but there you are.
The Curacao licencing authority does not have a good record for handling player disputes, and I doubt you would get too far anyway with this claim, bearing those T&Cs in mind.
Last I heard they were using the Playtech platform after briefly trying Player Preferred and previous to that RTG, with whom they ended up in litigation.
