Wildjack paid me, stating the discrepancies between the addresses on my utility bill and driver's license were the cause of the delay. Jackpot Factory Spokesman, David Brickman, was ery kind to reply to me quickly, along with WJ customer support. From my experience, I recommend Wildjack casino to US players.

Haha. I read your post before I looked at the name, and knew it was you. I actually have read about the other complaints and remember one in particular that you were ocal about. So far it seems (fingers crossed) that WJC makes good on all withdrawals...just...very...very...sloooooooowly.
What was your bad experience?
This forum has taught me so much so far. I think I will wait until it is easier for us US players. I remember about 4 years ago I would receive withdrawals in about 3-4 days. Not so much anymore.
Thanks pacer

UH OH jols, I would anticipate an appearance from JACKPOT FACTORY MAN any moment now! Soon we shall hear that famous line, "sorry to hear about your problem jols, send me your account details and I will look right into it......" Good luck with these guys jols, Brickman is all huff and puff and no results. They pissed me off awhile back and then made me a VIP!! WHOOPEE!! Do some Jackpot Factory complaint searches here and make up your own mind. Hope you get your winnings soon.

It's been about 3 weeks and neither of my withdrawals have been processed. Finally, they remarked today that it is taking longer because the addresses on my driver's license and utility bill don't match. Ok, semi-believable but still praying that isn't a stall tactic. It seemed kinda fishy because when I asked the customer service rep if he needed more documentation, he told me no, and that all was well at this point. I wondered, if all is well now, yet nothing was done, why was all not well in the first place and I paid in a timely fashion?
I've contacted their adminstrator on CM with the full story. I've had no reply but it was only yesterday so I'm not trying to accuse him of slacking. While on the subject, why is his last login time/date not available? There are only three administrators where this is the case.
Thanks
