Last time I mentioned this, the spam hit my inbox the next day, but its strange no spam has been sent from them for a while(about 2 weeks)!
Also as I said earlier, strange they arent having problems processing deposits!

This probably only applies to payment through Neteller, they would need a processor for the other methods.
Clearly, this was a planned change, and they knew full well there would be a temporary delay in processing payments while the changeover went ahead. They would also have been told by the new processor how long it would take to get payments going again. Despite this, they opted to deliberately keep players in the dark, or give out generic "technical problem" type excuses to cover this period, the intention clearly was to prevent deposits from drying up for the 4 week period of "limbo". Obviously while they change payment processors (which can take up to 4 weeks, while accepting deposits are still going through), they must have gone offline, so thats why there is no response here. But strangely the casino is working fine!

This sort of inefficiency irritates me; there's no problem taking the deposits in a flash, but there are hassles and worse, delays (which should have been forseen) when it comes to paying the players.
Surely the professional thing to do would have been emails and a website notice warning that a change of processor was in progress. Things tend to go smoother when companies are just honest and upfront instead of expecting the players to put up with problems not of their making.
Were players front-of-mind when these changes were planned? It doesn't appear so.

I have to agree with VWM here - as a Playtech operation XXL is not in the US market and therefore the processor excuse (and the lamentable lack of advance warning to players) rings hollow.
That, allied to the bad communications and MIA representative here does suggest, as Vinyl speculates, "cash flow before customers."
Until there is more clarity here I would recommend caution.

Hi sweiger my cashout was approved on the 1st off september 2007 and i still dont have it. I think that if there was an honest problem they would off emailed me and told me up front like and i would off understood that it happens like dont it.
also they boast on there website that they provide a 5 star service to me this is a no star service because they have shown they dont give a smack about there players.
A truely 5 star service would be an up front honest we have a problem with out me having to ask them. A simple automated email telling all cashing out customers theres a problem.
And they dont do that because no one would deposit there until it is fixed and alot more wouldnt in future thinking it would be better playing somewhere with less problems.

The on-off responses are quite worrying. Although as a person, Frank seems to be an alright chap, I am afraid we have to prepare for the worst. They could be in financial troubles as all issues regarding withdrawals are not addressed although he has written to say he will follow through. I think players should not dep[osit there until the posters here have been paid in full.

Also i would like to add i have still not been paid by xxl club and the rep has not been back to me after asking for details etc on the date off my original post.
I only talk trash to people who deserve it and the rep is part off the xxl club organasiation so thats his look out. If they dont pay him for doing his job also then i will happly take back all of my comments and be a jerk off.

Well, that title was totally unwarranted. Even if VWM was slightly wrong on the facts, that was no reason to chide him. If you had bothered to read his posts, you will understand that he always stands by the players and rebuke the casinos for their tardiness and wrongdoings.

the main problem here is that when an account get investigated we first need to resolve the first issue or things could get messed up even more. Schweiger being a long time loyal player in our casino I'll see what else could be done in the mean time.

No, deposits using neteller work just fine, not sure if from every countries so but Germany,UK,France,Russia,Spain,Italia etc. are working just fine as of yesterday at least.
Probably just the playtech bonus ban thing then for some of the people I've heard it from.

I can understand your frustration but I hope you can understand that we can't send 2 time the same payment before resolving this issue with neteller. But I'm sure it will be sorted out for you. All your previous cashouts were handled just fine and in a timely manner. I also absolutely believe you that you didn't get your cashout credited to your account. By some other players with no history in our casino it looks a little more suspicious.

for the record: I have 2 withdrawals, the one originally mentioned, and another being held hostage while the first withdrawal hopefully is being sorted out.

I just get noticed of this thread today thanks to chuchu59. Like I previously stated in a PM message I've send the neteller screenshot to 800Pay, they confirmed me the transfer was made to neteller. Until now we didn't receive a confirmation from neteller.
They also would not disclose with us any transaction related to your account.
Anyway I'll look again into it and hope to get some new information for you.

The lack of response from Frank is worrying as he seemed to be quite forthcoming when posting in the forum a couple of months ago. There are likely to be even more casinos who face financial difficulties as they struggle to make ends meet with a dwindling customer base. I do hope that some of the lesser casinos, be they RTG, Playtech or MG actually wind up in the next year or so and leave only a handful behind so that there is no oversupply of casinos for the gambler's buck. This way they can continue to survive and better customer services will then ensue.
