Why do you say Wofacai Casino? I am also another player with money at XXL Club casino. I had it there for over a month and they told me they had "technical" problems to delay my withdrawal. Now I see what the real problem was. Playtech needs to offer a solution to this problem or face the consequences. I think the only Playtech I will play at in the future is one licensed in England or owned by a English company like the others people are mentioning. Actually, if Playtech lets us players suffer the loss I will never play them again. They should not be supported if they show they don't care about the players.

It just amounts to having no respect for the "suckers" .. or should I say "players" . We're talking "Online Casino".. not "Brick+Mortar" ... since when does being away on business stop you from cracking open your laptop and accessing everything from there? Those in managerial positions can access and do anything remotely from their own computers.
So just another lame excuse from another casino employee who thinks the players are fools!

I do hope some Xmas miracle happens and XXL turns things around and pays players. Good luck to you all.

Hi
I am another of those with money "lost" at XXl Club.
Unfortunately I dont believe either that Frank from XXL Club is "just moving", he is not moving... he is disappearinng.
And D... i hope all Playtech that hasn't got a separete seal of approval will be put on a list to watch out for.
I have probably lost my money, but hope to help others to know the story the do and donts in this gaming industry.
one sorry gambler moving on.
But, hey FRANK, if you ever get back from "moving", and want to earn just a little bit of credit from me, send an excuse for slow support and pay my money.

Of course, this may just be another stalling tactic, putting Playtech into the frame as the reason for the holdup.
This pretty closely mirrors what happened at Action Online earlier this year, support there could sometimes be contacted, but they were just there to offer excuses, as all along the casino was going bust.
I don't buy "moving in the last couple of weeks", it seems far longer than this, with problems predating Frank's last appearance a month and a half ago to explain all of this. They simply cannot "still be moving" now!
Playtech should now be considered as rogue as RTG, and only those Playtech entities accredited here should be trusted. Perhaps we should have a Playtech list here as we do for RTG.
I personally believe that there is a serious problem here, not just them moving offices and processors, which wo... | | Read Entire Entry |

Until playtech gives a clear answer to this i think the whole playtech platform should be roqued.
Please Brian, roque the whole Playtech platform.. noone can be satisfied with putting money to a platform with no guarantees to back their money!
Other platforms provide this kind of security to players, and this little but oh so important security is what separetes the best from the others ;-)

I've just received this from Frank the XXL rep:
Quote:
We have been relocating all our offices in the last couple of weeks and also had to change our payment provider. We will be handling all payments ourselves in the future; this will give us full control of our casino.
I'm still traveling and will be back on Monday to get a close look at the forum entries and give appropriate answers to the forum members.
... assure the players that we will pay all of them as soon as Playtech made the needed change in the casino confirmation.

Only a week ago, Frank assured me by mail, that everybody will be paid when they have changed their payment processor.

When one year ago Casino Fortune group of playtech casinos disappeared with players' money Playtech didn't compensate a dime to any player. Now the same will happen again with XXLclub casino. I think that Playtech itself should be rogued at this website.
Here is my thread that i created more than a month ago. It is still ery actual as we can see:
http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...ogue-sons.html
And look who replied me second in that thread! It was XXLclubcasino representative who claimed that i say the wrong things about playtech, and that 99% of the problems with playtech are connected to bonus issues. And now look- what about playtech casino disappearing with players money? Hey, XXLclub representative, will you reply me this time?
