well a comment to a previous post......
i have had a recent problem of depositing lots ona different casino and not having any cashouts...
1st off i deposited £110, got a bonus... played bonus... started to go up... but before i met bonus requirements i had a massive losing streak and all was lost...
then i asked to cancel my bonuses hoping i would win... i then put £80 deposit in and the odds were pure pitiful... the most i had got up to was £86 before crashing down to £0.
it happened numerous times at the same place.. where i would deposit, get a bonus, and win... but then have a bad losing streak always about 300 plays away from bonus requirements... of course i asked for bonuses to be stopped and the support staff told me they dont advise me to do it and thought it was a bad idea... i told them i wanted it done still... then after losing that £80 with no bonuses i asked to close account and the guy was saying things like "its a bad decision because to... | | Read Entire Entry |

If it makes anyone feel better I have never, not one time, nodda nope, no cashblemo, any withraws from Rival casinos. I have got up to a couple hundred or so over my deposit two three times, but never cashed out. So maybe its time to make a limit for what I want to cashout and stick with that and not expect to cash out big, at least I could say I did cash out.
Rivals can seem tight sometimes, but they do treat their players well.

I think your being harsh on Kakata. Im sorry, but if I deposited over $700 and didnt have one cashout, to me that would be "crap" too. Kakata isnt a high roller so that $700 to us is like several thousand to others. Did you notice he was betting .20 cents when he won at CW? Ive tried rival several times and never cashed out either and I hate that software too. I tried Sloto cash, thisisvegas(just twice) and a couple of others in the last year
It's not like we all havnt bashed a casino at one time or another. Geez, he uses one sentence from a horrible experience and your ready to hang the guy.
Not everyone likes software just because you guys get several cashouts. How many of you that had so many cashouts live outside the USA? probably more than not.
And one more thing.......breaking the forum rules? for saying he thinks a casino is crappy? I thought this was the land of freedom of speech?

How many times have we been down this road already..sheesh! It should be no surprise to anyone that when Kakata loses it means the casino sucks. Nothing personal Kakata.. but aren't there better ways of blowing off steam after you lose? You're running out of places to play at.

Ive never said they dont pay also because I never had a chance at...........I was and I am disappointed at my sessions with em and at the CSR who,in my case, was unpolite and a little sarcastic.
BTW case closed for me.
Maybe I shouldnt have used the "crap" word........was probably wrong...

Believe me I've had the exact same thing with Da Vinci's; 4 or 5 deposits - never cashed out.
But with Simon Says & SlotoCash I took the SUB's made good profits & cashed out.
Same software, different casinos, different days, different luck.
All my communications with all Rivals (via live chat) have always been answered politely, correctly & fully.
My cash-outs went through inside 48hrs (to Neteller), no ID requested, no hassles.
Rival are not perfect, but they are certainly 'on the up' & heading in the right direction.
I'm sorry you were disappointed with your experience, and hope your next one is better, wherever that may be.

Maybe I should email Riverbelle and Intertops and asked them WTF with depositing $$$'s and never getting a cashout. How about if I contact the racetrack and ask them how come my horse didn't win? I would call it a losing Losing Streak for sure.
Your going to tell me that you deposited like over $100.00 and not hit a cherry? Now that is just pure bad luck to me.
It's like when I went to Foxwoods and made a deposit of $200.00 in a slot machine and I didn't get one free spin out of that $200.00 but the person next to me only made a deposit of $40.00 and got 5 free spins.Now is that fair?
I think the next time I go i'm going to give them holy H about that and never go again

I made several deposits and was never ahead ,not once........that's my first negative experience.
I went to chat and asked the CS what was goin on with the payout I was experiencing...........the answer was quote"what seems to be the problem here?"
Now how would you call my experience?
Sorry if I misused the word Crap........I thought it was the right one........wrong? I Apologize than.
BTW I uninstalled the casino.

i also believe that rival will rule the online world because as far as im seeing the casino reps and managers are light years ahead of the comp,except maybe 3dice but i know rival sure took better care of me at christmas then 3dice did so i say go rival full steam ahead but on the way to #1 please increase your slot payouts a little bit please

Im surprised that a member of your experience would make a post like this.
It is really bad etiquette to post disparaging statements about a casino without any evidence or reason.
My experience at Simon Says is nothing but positive, but if yours is somewhat different then Im happy to read about it - but not if you just write the kind of nonsense above.

Though relatively new, this casino built up a good reputation especially for fast cashouts. Most comments on it were on the positive side. Do you have any evidence to back up your comments other than the name?
My own experience with it is that while their customer service reps still have to learn a thing or two about their operations their manager is tops and responds to/monitors issues at hand well. If you want their help PM Kendra.
