I personally wouldn't chance it, but it's probably a lot of hoops you'll have to jump through to get a small bonus. I'd head to Paradise or WillHill if i were you.

Yes, that was very clear. What I said wasn't clear is why you need a bankroll of $200+ on a no deposit bonus.
