Yes, you can sign up, they will gladly accept your money. But if you happen to win - you will not get paid.

But it is in their T&C. Just hard to find.

3# Limitation. Bonuses (whether one-time, sign-up, special promotion or recurring monthly use) are limited to one per combination of: a person, family, household, geographic address, mailing address, email address, credit card number and shared computer environment (such as a library or workplace). This limitation applies across all casinos operating GrandVirtual technology. If a casino operating GrandVirtual technology is running a promotion that is similar in kind, an individual person cannot receive the same promotion from both casinos. This includes, but is not limited to, new user promotions.

You can sign up at 3 Grandvirtual Casinos in the group and recieve the New Player bonus and that is it.It is fair enough as it was explained to me it is to stop people who are ` bonus hunters` , who deposit once and if they win they withdraw the money and never deposit again. This means affiliates never get paid any money for join ups and it is not fair to regular depositors.
Personally Grandvirtual Casinos is where I started to play first and I still play there each and every month, mainly at Everest Casino as I get a code sent to me monthly for a 50% redeposit bonus.I like the card games there and the slots.
I have never had any trouble with them and I believe they have some of the best software available to play with, then again that is my personal choice.

I believe you all of the Casinomeister accredited "Grand Virtual" casinos also uses this 'marketing scam.' It is in their T&C someone. (Can only claim same bonus once amoung all Grand Virtual casinos. So it is just just the sign-up bonus but basically all promotions.)

I was particular disappointed as I myself also fall into this trap after recieving the CM newsletter in which one of them was promoted for a sign up bonus. Most players that do not know much about the casino industry or different brands of software and they will fall into this trap.

And btw. lot of danish players was cheated by this casino group cheated years ago and many of the players never recieved their legal winnings.

I was going to keep my mouth shut about Casino Rewards but after the spam I have been recieving now I will not.
Firstly I could never get that promotion running at Captain Cooks Casino.
After heaps of emails and talking to Live Help, I was told that because I had played the same promotion at another of their Casinos, I would have to make a deposit of at least $20.00 to activate it.I deposted $25.00 and told Live Help and they ok it is active so go and play the freeplay promotion.
Well I tried it and tried in windowsme and in windowsxp.
It would not come up.
They told me to change my screen resolution and I did all that and nothing worked.
In the end after hearing one thing from one person then another from somebody else I just gave up.
Anyway I kept getting emails to download Yukkon Gold, with all these great deals of all my deposit back and so on and I emailed them back, to stop emailing me and of course recieved no reply.
So I went into Casino Rewards and took m...

Actually from what I remember about their promotional rules, they will give you more that one bonus, but only in case where you have made a deposit into one of their casinos WITHOUT claiming a bonus.

So for example...
1) You claim signup bonus in one of the CR casinos.
2) You make a deposit into another casino WITHOUT claiming the bonus.

Now you can request a signup bonus again.

This is absolute BS:

Quote:

"In the event that the casino deems a player to have misused a casino account for the exploitation of promotional offers, without ever demonstrating any degree of risk with personal funds or serious intention to play, the redemption of all such promotional offers, including but not limited to sign-up bonuses, will be suspended until such times as the player demonstrates a purchase history at the casino."

If I didn't show risk with personal funds whey did I deposit in the first place. Also, with the high wagering requirements they have why are they so worried?

Stay far away from this group!

Should be interesting.

You guys have mentioned the mailers.... what has failed to be mentioned is that CR specifically mails ads for the signup bonuses at different casinos in their group that the player has not signed up for yet.

With the new bonus structure in place they should get rid of their archaic 'locked bonus account' status that they use to this day. Not only because the extreme wagering requirements make it pretty darn hard to make a profit, but because they continue to email these ads promoting their existing players to sign up at another one in the group.

So, it would mean that if you ever take a deposit bonus you should be safe, because then you have made at least one deposit.

I was under the impression that thay have oided winnings for players playing with multiple deposit bonuses? Clearly the term quoted above doesn't allow them to do that. What am I missing here?

In the event that you have not made a deposit at this or any other Casino Rewards member casino, you may not redeem more than one sign up bonus within the Casino Rewards network, regardless of the individual casino offering the sign up bonus.

This means that where their casinos offer a 'free $10 - no deposit required' type of bonus, you can only claim it at one casino unless you've made a deposit with that group. It doesn't have anything to do with deposit-based sign-up bonuses (but they'll probably only let you claim a couple of those anyway).

I'm basing this on how it was when I played there, which was a couple of years ago. I'm pretty sure it's just there to stop people taking free chips without ever making a deposit. From the way it's worded, there's no way it could be invoked if you've ever actually made a deposit at any of their casinos.

I have accounts at nearly all of the CR casinos before they were grouped under the CR umbrella but havent paid them a isit for ages. Do the sign-up bonuses have to be redeemed through the CR website. If so, how can the second or subsequent sign-up bonuses be successfully redeemed as they surely know that it is the same person who is claiming them?

I've read this sentence 20 times and I'm still not 100% sure what it means. If you have made a deposit at one of the casinos you can redeem more than one sign-up bonus? I presume it's supposed to just stop you redeeming more than one bonus & the weird wording is to cover people who'd played when the terms were different... but as long ago as I can remember there was a term saying you could only claim one bonus. At that time, however, there was actually no problem claiming bonuses at all of the casinos.

If they're serious about being a reputable eCOGRA-approved group of casinos they should of course make it absolutely explicit that they only want you to claim one bonus - though that makes a mockery of boasting of being...

Wow, they told me that they were working on getting accredited a few months ago, but I didn't believe it would ever happen.

What CR does, and does well, is encourage players to sign up accounts at each of their casinos, and they lure them in with the bonuses.

How the hell did that happen?

Though, it's not a bad thing from a players perspective. I feel CR may now have to clean their act up so to speak. Then again time will tell I guess.

Casino Rewards' actions can only be a deliberate ploy to fool players.

There is no excuse to offering promotions & allowing players to sign-up & deposit to multiple sites, knowing full well this will be used as a reason to confiscate funds later.

I already have them 'blacklisted' on my site & hope to see them 'rogued' at every watchdog site ASAP...

Which is excacly why I unsubscribed to the mail spam from Casino Rewards....
But Golden Palace also needs to mentioned in this topic. Besides the mail
spam, when isiting the web-page you get the annoying pop-up where you can isit a sister casino. If you do you are then presented with a sign-up bonus from a sister site which you can not use since you allready are a player at Golden Casino. So why waste my time sending me to that page?

Ableit CR do have the clause about bonuses, however, the problem stems imo from their mailers.

At the bottom of each mailer they have links to each casino, each casino on the mailer offers you a signup bonus.

Now if one was not aware of the T&C's pertain to one bonus claim allowed from all CR casino's, then one could possible get caught by this advertising.

A simple solution is to not include these casino bonuses. Alternatively include them but state in black & white, that only one bonus can be claimed from one casino from the CR group.

What I have trouble understanding is that really there is no need for these casino bonuses 6to be listed on the mailer in the first place. This only adds to the frustration and fuels the notion that CR are playing semant...
