Although card issuers make the money, a merchant can negotiate a special deal with card processors if they can offer a steady stream of premium transactions, such as players having to use Dollars. I have seen this term only with 888 and reef Club. Any request for an explanation for the policy is stonewalled. Neteller have no knowledge of this, and most casinos will even offer an extra bonus for using Neteller or MoneyBookers.
When I last looked it was just 50x for Neteller, but Reef Club then introduced the 200x after I joined. Their support did confirm to me that they did indeed prefer credit cards over any other method, and the only logic to this would be to freeze out American players who will find it impossible to use a card.
Odd really, since they only use DOLLARS, but want us to use our STERLING and EURO credit cards over an account we may open with a web wallet in DOLLARS - this results in a fat little earner in currency conversion fees, and this may be how they make money by preferring credit cards over Neteller and MoneyBookers.

Exactly my thoughts!
Why would anyone (customer or merchant) prefer CC over Moneybookers or Neteller ! Transaction costs are lower for Moneybookers or Neteller for both merchants and Customers!
For example NO SINGLE sportsbook prefers CC over any other deposit method!
Almost all sportsbooks charge for CC deposits while (especially for Moneybookers) e-wallets are free or colse to that!
Does anyone know more than I do?

The problem in fact is that these restrictions apply to all players and not only to "bonus-hunters" (what ever that is).
I am sure that especially bonus hunters read the T&C's carefully and will pay in with their credit card.
So mainly newbees are affected by this policy and I still think that paying in with moneybookers is the same than make a donation to 888/Casino-on-net...
(maybe not in my special case as I won a 10,000$ jackpot on a slot machine )

200x really high, but far from unbeatable. You have $9000, and if you play BJ, which has about a .5% edge, you'd only lose about $175 on average over the $35000 remaining wagering requirement.

Wow, 200x is insane
But look on the bright - you shouldn't lose more than a few hundred dollars of your winnings if you play through the $35,000 on a low house edge game using smallish bets.
Just finish it up, cash out, and uninstall because you will never get anything worthwhile ther as long as you use Neteller or MoneyBookers.
