I was able to resolve things myself through a multitude of phone calls and emails. Thanks for the tips, and thank God that my funds have safely arrived in my Neteller account.

You are right, I confused Grand Monaco with Monaco Gold...
Sorry

I've known him for years & he's I'm sure other webmasters can/will say the same.
Well worth contacting him and letting him know your beef.

They asked for erification of my address again today even though I have sent them my cable bill at least seven times. They have even erified that the documents were legible at least two or three times. I am really starting to think I am not going to get paid on this one. It really sucks.

They reversed my withdrawal again. Even after stating that I'd have my money in six days. This is getting absurd.

They will pay iam pretty sure its their usual slow pay tactic. I know of three people who got the same "documents not recieved story". What helped is to bug them go to their live support send in your go id and then only leave the chat after they confirmed you they recieved it. You probably will recieve some reverse your withdrawal for our awesome bonus mails but after approving the docs they take 2-3 business days.

I would suggest PAB with bryan..
He should be able to get it sorted out for you.

Neat way of getting lots of pretty big deposits in one go!
End of month accounts flattery perhaps?
These are only play bonuses anyway, and I expect the T & C will make it hard to get anything out of it as you have to lose the $1000 deposit to see any benefit from the bonus.

On their NEWS page they adverise a Neteller 2nd deposit bonus of 100% up to $1000 for today (29th) only.
This offer is for everyone, it just seems no one told the supervisor about this page. Support wasnt told about it either as no one knew about this.
So once they read the page they said it was for VIP only people, then after it was pointed out that the VIP section was below that... they then changed to saying you have to be emailed the offer.
What the eff ever, complete garbage.
