Nice post lanidar. You summed it up pretty nicely. I like the Super Rogue list -part the most.
Thanks Cyprean.
I used to have a site called Insomniacs Lounge, which was mostly run by my ery good friend and partner Jinnia.
I'm not going to get into an old story about us.
But, she and I have sworn to do our VERY BEST to keep players away from this CRAP HOLE GROUP.
Good luck playing.
Be sure to warn your friends about Virtual.

The Virtual Group is still screwing the player and the still aren't being punished properly.
They belong on a "SUPER ROGUE LIST" and should never be removed.
I can't understand why you would want to put them on probation when you have at least two players that have ery recent complaints.
AND, I haven't really had the time to search.
I have mentioned many times, in many forums that I will never cease to berate them and call a spade a spade.
They are the VERY WORST of the WORST.
Thanks again for the Welcome Back

So, Virtual "gave" you a $512 "free chip" and you had to wager that 20 or 30X?
What they did was, they "allowed" you to use YOUR money that you were cheated out of, from the ery beginning to gamble with.
And with a "DUMP" like Virtual .... of course you were going to lose.
Did you really think that they'd let you win?
You call this "a fair and reasonable settlement"?
I truly don't mean to sound nasty toward you bgammonb but, these people ... especially D... | | Read Entire Entry |

Oh heck, I thought these guys would stay Rogue forever. I had them close and lock my account after they decided during a live chat session to raise my WR to 60X because I was doing well and ready to cash out. I argued a bit with the live chat CS and Danny and I exchanged some emails, no one could point me to anything in writing on the website or anywhere else that said I had to meet the 60X they just said I had to even though I never once played any games that would bring the 40X to 60X in fact they don't even have a 60X wr anywhere on their website for any game that you would want to play including blackjack. So all in all if you play there chat with the live chat and ask about the coupon you want to use, then chat with them a second time and ask again since you will get more than one answer. Save the chat sessions and play at your own risk :-). I myself will never be playing there again though.

Hello, Clark - it's been a while since I have seen you posting so it's good to see you back. Did you get a screenshot of the T&Cs when you played by any chance?

I had not reported this issue before because just as I was getting ready to post, The Virtual Group was put on the rogue list. I had avoided the casino until they were placed on probation at Casinomeister. I thought that would cause them to be straight.
On 1/25/06 I requested a withdrawal of 732 dollars. Virtual paid me 220 dollars which represented my last two deposits. I had previously played some slots with a "banking feature." On this isit, I played those slots, hit a ery lucky bonus win and requested my withdrawal. There was nothing at that time disallowing the play that I just described. Now there is a specific statement in the terms and conditions. My guess is that my situation inspired the inclusion of this statement.
Repeatedly I was told by Virtual customer service that they would correct the issue. Even Danny seemed inclined to assist, but then told me that I had played in a manner that the management deemed "unfair" so I would forfeit my winnings. | | Read Entire Entry |
