It said it was a 200% bonus up to 200$. The casino never denied it they only said that I combined bonuses. The thing is they don't give any more details than "You can't combine bonuses" in the T&C. It never crossed my mind that what I did was combining bonuses. For me, combining bonuses was to get two bonuses from the same deposit which I didn't do.
I took the second bonus immediately because I didn't want to wait 3 weeks to get my money into my neteller account so I cancelled the payment to deposit once more.
there's really nothing I can do?

I agree with Winbig , most RTGs have a rule that you cant take a bonus while you have a pending cashout and to use one you must have explict permission of the casino .
May I ask why would you deposit while you have a pending cashout in a casino that you just tried out ?

Did you read the T&C?
The only 200% bonus I see is the signup bonus. The "reload bonus" is only 40%.
It seems like you got the 200% SUB twice; so no, I doubt you have a case...You can always PAB, but not sure if it'd do any good

Hello all,
I just found out this nice website and I was wondering if it was possible to get some help here.
About a month ago, I played at Betroyal casino (I know, if I had known about this site before I would've known its not such a great casino but it's too late now I guess).
They were offering a 200$ 100% sign-up bonus which I took. I lost 3$ through the Wagering requirements so I had a 397$ balance that I withdrew.
Than I saw a small banner at the bottom of their casino software saying I could get a 200% 200$ bonus. So I decided to go for it. The thing is, they don't let you deposit more money unless you cancel the pending withdrawal (which takes 3 weeks be processed). So I canceled the pending withdrawal and deposit 188$ more to get the 200$ bonus, which I received correctly.
Then, being lucky I took the 785$ balance to 2100+ $ balance. Then I withdrew everything.
