Ok, so i dont know about your experiances with Prism and i would not recommend them to anyone who isnt used to run after his Money, but it is a fact that i recieved my Money and that the support was always polite and kept what they promised.

I had far more hustle to get my Money out of every Casino in the Cpays Group, Vegas Affiliates or Golden Palace.

When Pinababy69 posted about the fact that i might have been bought i could joke about it, but i do feel insulted in questioning my integrity.

You just cant be wrong on your assumption Pina. Its a pity I didnt save my live chat with them a year ago. When I asked them why they closed my account and that of my wife, they were rude and told us to bugger off. These guys deserve the stick and believe me, they will never, never improve. It's just that they want to be seen so and entice more players to join and then screw them up.

I just want to be fair, and i can only give my personal experiance, it was far away from great but for sure not roguish.

If i would not have been labeld as an advantage Player, resulting in no Bonus higher then 100% for me, i probably would have made another deposit.

I just want to be fair, maybe the t/c change was just bad timing. Beside the wr i had no hustle for my money.

No slow Play,no excuses. 14 days for a cashout is with in the time they state in the Banking Section wich is ok because you know it before you deposit.

I read several complaints in the past but i have to say mine is fully resolved.

So no bashing from me.

A little update, my Cashout is approved now. Needless to say that i have not recieved my monies yet. According to the support i should recieve it by Monday(11.12). I have to say that support is at least polite and friendly.
So far i have not get the classic rare Costa Rican Holiday line or accounting is on acation ;-)


Lets see what they come up with next week, or if they stick to the classics.

Thanks lanidar, I looked for it but just saw they were on a six month probation and didn't see the list of casino's that were run by this group.

On a side point, what bothers me is that I had club player close and lock my account and remove me from their mailing list which lasted a few weeks then I started getting their emails again with large bonus offers and check in and see my account has been unlocked.

To me that is rogue behavior beyond just the cs live chat lies. If I had a gambling problem and that was the reason I decided to close and have my account locked then to have a casino wait a few weeks, unlock the account and send out a large email bonus may have tempted me to log back in and gamble some more. Granted that was not the reason why I had them close and lock my account but it should be up to me if I want it unlocked not for them to decide to do on their own. Thank you again for the list, I will make sure to avoid all casinos listed there.

As I have mentioned in a prior post, I have been out of "the loop" for several months. I have no idea what has transpired during that time period.
But, I do know that, from what I just SKIMMED through here, that The Virtual Group has continued to lie and cheat players. And, I'm sure that there are quite a few players that have not posted who have been cheated out of their winning by Virtual in some fashion or another.

Casinomeister exists to inform the player and to assist you if you have problems. These guys have been in the rogue section on and off for the past several years.

I'm giving them a second chance mainly because they actually have a business plan that I have held in my hands, and I am a firm believer that plans can work if they are implemented properly.

The question is whether or not it can be implemented. That's being tested at the moment. I'm watching this from my perspective, and we also have a direct channel of communication to solve any past player problems - believe me, there were a lot - mostly Cirrus complaints.

POlka78, I'm sorry that you took my opening a dialogue with them as a greenlight to start making deposits. Maybe you should be a bit more selective with whom you do business.

I read that newletter before, i cant understand what your point is?

Actually it encouraged me to deposit. But obviesly sweet talk and fancy business plans are worth nothing if they are not able to follow through

why they are still on probation if they make the same old mistakes was my question, i found no answer to it in the newsletter.

Retroactive t/c changes are an absolute no no aswell as slow/no paying legit winners.

I made my second withdrawal(now with x40 in wagers) on the 24th of November so it is pending now for 1 week wich is within the acceptable limit.

I will keep this thread updatet so you get an idea how long the average cashout will take. Assuming they will pay ;-)

Only the WR changed, i missetyped the Bonus %. Iam perfectly comfortable with a max cashout of *10 for Blackjack.

Maybe someone could outline the contant of that newsletter,and why it is that important that i did not read it. However i keep you updatet.
