Yet another tech issue with JF. I deposited yesterday for my VIP 300 credit bonus. I built up my required deposits through the day to £2000, but for some strange reason, one of the deposits was ignored by the bonus system, but subsequent deposits got the bonus within 20 minutes as per usual. As a final test, I added an extra £300, and lo and behold the missing bonus came along based on that last deposit. This is clear evidence that the nature of the technical issue is the system is sometimes failing to pick up that a deposit has been made for a particular automated bonus.
Perhaps they need to change to a user based claiming system such as that used by Villento or Palace Group. It would be no good asking for claims by E-mail due to the constant problems.

Right now the withdrawal methods they are offering won't work with me. Also I see to many conflicting stories about what can be used and to many problems with JF and I don't do well with drama and being that I am lazy it seems like to much work. I know it changes on a dime. I can't even see depositing at my favorite at the moment which is Villento. The idea that I cant cash out isnt that appealing even with my odds of actually doing that would be in the range of slim and none. . I have defective software that has no cash out button. But! Just in case I figure it out? I want to be able to do that. There seems to be to many casinos that wont issue a check right now..So I am sticking with my microgamings that do issue a check.

I do not post much, and I did a ery long reply with alot of detail but somehow my post "timed out or something and I lost it" To cut to the chase I always have problems with Jackpot Factory crediting bonuses. I rarely deposit there because of that. They sent me an email offering me 50% on my deposits up to a certain amount and it would be credited on Jan 15th. I probably called 5 times, got 4 different answers and they all said the same thing. I think you need to deposit & play pretty big (double digit$ bets/spins). the best time would be during one of the scoreboard promotions with $2000+ top prize. The early ones had something of a design error, which enabled me to win quite a few of them. After the Belle Rock fiasco, why even take up a free spin offer that does not specifically state the # of lines and coin size?
I don't see why you are mad at the casino for making the spins only 25 cents, when that information wasn't given ahead of time. You were gambling that they would be generous.
It seems like the new free spins promo feature on MG is popular among players, but some of the casinos are taking advantage by not diclosing the real alue of the spins and then making them really worthless. If people wanted to play free spins for no alue they would go to fun mode.

I spoke to a woman named irit at alljackpots casino and was told they did program the 25 free spins at harveys at 1 cent per line. It is not programmed at 1 cent a line when normally playing. your manually setting it up to play at 1 penny a line. It's always set at 5 dollars a spin.You can change it however you play.5 dollars a spin is not playing big, thats an average bet for the game.

I know that most do play higher stakes than me (not hard, lol), but the lowest bet is actually 25 lines at 1 cent per line, or 25 cents per spin. I know, because that's usually how I play it, lol. You do make some fair points, however I would tender the following advice:
1. This post belongs in complaints/bonus issues, and
2. It is counterproductive to use a thread topic like ' avoid xxx casino or warning about xxx casino'. Maybe its just me, but as soon as I see a heading like that I get really annoyed - this is the kind of thing you post as a last resort and, in my experience, it makes it less likely that someone in the forums will help you.

Avoid all slots and all Jackpots casino's! I have been having the worst problems at these 2 casinos ( same group) redeeming their bonus offers.
These casinos used to be great. I don't know what happened, but all I can say is now they are the worst and most unorganized casinos I have ever played in terms of uneducated customer service representatives and countless excuses that they have technical problems and will fix it this day and then it changes!
All this month and last,the bonuses they offered me were nothing but problems to attempt to redeem.
For example, the first bonus this month, I had to wait close to a week to get. they even had the audacity to deny ever offering me a bonus until I mailed them the screen shot I took of it. Moreover, they said that I made my deposit on American time and it should have been Israeli time is what they meant (give me a break!).
