Perhaps they should refund the losses that were made on a false promise, and then lock the account.
A few casinos have this wager first and get bonus later set up, and they should be making it clear from the outset if a player is eligible, not after they have played.
I find it a little odd that they turn away business from a player who deposits 5K and loses 1K. If they added the bonus, you would then have to meet WR, and probably lose more than the 1K.
There could be more to the story, perhaps this was not your first account at the group, and you might have cut & run with a previous bonus, and they may have got the idea you were just going to do the same at all the groups casinos one by one.
Recent developments in Israel may make this not worth pursuing, as you may not be able to play any bonus now.

Main street egas group:
You promised. I played and lost. You did not pay.
Not paying in 2003, does not fade away with the move of time.
The fact that policies change, does not cancel previous promises, that were not honored at the time - dishonestly .
When you got "accredited" you provided me with a new story, that I would get the money if their software provider allows my country to play, only to backtrack form it as soon as this execuse faded away recently.
I do think that being unfair four years ago is not getting resolved with the
passage of time.
What is especially bothering is that I have lost money on the deal.
I lost money on that deal and you do not seem to care.
Bryan:
You know that I am aluing your work. I think it is the casino who is in the wrong here.

This was my response to Tester last month when he PABd
Quote:
Chasing a bonus over such a time span may not work out since they may have policy changes - software changes - changes in management. I wouldn't worry about it. They seem to have made it clear that they don't want you to participate in bonus play.
But if you really want a bonus, I can always ask to see if they have anything they would be willing to offer you. But it seems clear to me they don't want your business.

But it would be ery interesting for the members of this forum, if the case were so flat that you deposited 5k, lost 1k and then they did not give you a bonus.
If there was nothing else involved, i would call it stupidity from the casino.
There is apparently non reason.

So if the shop you always bought your clothes from was selling a pair of trousers 40% MORE than the shop 1 mile down the road and you knew this, you wouldnt go to the shop that was cheaper.
The T&C are there. If the casinos stick by them there should be no problems

I don't really think this should be a matter of 'pity'. If a casino has given him an offer and he has followed the t&c they should honor it. Period.

So far that they pay owed bonuses, this is legitimate. But they still owe me bonuses earned BEFORE they told me I am unwelcome (indeed, they even sent me an invitation to take part in the promo)

Although more than 3 years have lapsed, there is nothing wrong in reopening the case and get your due bonuses. What matters is the reason for the refusal of the bonuses in question. Since the casinos are the same and the group is the same, they should rectify things if what they had done before is wrong. That would only enhance their reputation otherwise why should they be accredited. Maybe the group's forum rep would like to address the issue here.

They were not ery reputable at the time, so I was unable to press the issue at the time.
Now they claim to have put their act together.
I am just checking whether they are serious in being OK with players.
BTW, is there a rule that after refusing - dishonestly - to pay for tyhree years, they stop to owe me the money?

I agree it was not fair to not give you the bonus in 2003, but that should have been finalised at the time.
Will they give you new deposit bonuses now?
If not - go elsewhere - there's plenty to chose from.

Is that honest in your opinion?

I got promotional emails form them for 20% bonus on a 5K deposit.
I deposited in VCO and LVUSA accounts (for both I got the promo email!)
I played with both deposits, ending with a lose of over 1K each.
When I asked for the promised bonus they told me they decided to exclude me from bonuses from now on.
That is fine and dandy, but "first pay, then lock". They should pay what they promised, especially as I lost while playing for their bonus.
That was in 2003. I tried to argue with them for no avail.
A year ago I tried again to PM their representative here (VSummer) who told me that now they cannot accept players form my country, but if they will be able to do so, they will consider the case again.
Now they are able to accept me after changing software. I contacted him again. and "after review" he told me that I will not get the promised bonuses.
