I still think they should be rogue for this, as a casino that when you deposit $100 has a maximum cashout of $100 is basically saying - YOU CAN ONLY LOSE MONEY AT OUR CASINO.
This is completely crooked, and they should be rogue everywhere.
I was one of the first ones to hit them up when they opened, so the max withdrawal clause was not in there when I played. However, when I went to withdraw it was magically there.

Just the ramblings from a penny-ante gambler.
As food for thought, you may wish to be aware that bonus wagering requirements are carried over to the next time you make a deposit or obtain another bonus.... at least that's what I think support informed me when I attempted to make a withdrawal.
In December I received a $10 bonus from a gaming forum ( as a competition prize .. X 20 wagering requirement) and wagered the bonus until it was gone & my account was $0.00
About 10 days ago, I realized I had a massive $2 in comp points, so I converted them .... I was broke until payday!
I had a bit of luck & increased my balance to $30 & then requested a withdrawal. After waiting to have it processed, nothing happened, so I emailed support........ The withdrawal couldn't be processed because I had only wagered $150 of the December bonus wagering requirements, so I needed to make a further $50 in wagers in FEBRUARY to be able to withdraw.
So I... | | Read Entire Entry |

I have absolutely no intention of playing at this place but was amused by the High Roller bonus where best case scenario was you would lose $500!
I have attached email response I got from them and it appears that the 200% withdrawal limit only applies to the 200% bonus, not the 50% VIP bonus.
Dear xxx,
Thank you for contacting The Maxima casino support.
Please be informed that this rule apply only for our 200% first deposit
bonus, while on 50% VIP bonus there is no maximum withdraw defined.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact us and we
will
be more than happy to assist you.
I hope you will have a great time in our casino and I wish you good
luck.
With best regards,

This situation is non excusable but I suspect that they may be limiting withdrawls on first deposit bonus and no deposit bonus to squelch bonus hunters(personally I see nothing wrong with them.). by keeping them from using the casinos bonus money to win and dash...they steal a little from you up front..then you can come back and try and win it back....
Most non bonus users are repeat customers or high rollers....they like those kind and are happy to throw them to the gods of odds!

Can someone clarify this to me? Why do I STILL believe that if you opt for either first deposit bonus, you are doomed not to win in all eternity?

I'm pretty sure that despite how terribly worded those bonus terms and conditions are, that the intention is for those restrictions apply to no-deposit bonuses. Still, this casino has a pretty sketchy history with me. They locked my account after I won a good chunk on allowed games, and didn't respond to any emails for a month. I filed a Playtech dispute, and they continued to ignore me until one day miraculously three months later I was paid my balance in full with no explanation from the casino or from the Playtech dispute channel (who I had emailed several times in the interim with few responses).
Avoid these boys like the plague.

To finish the saga off, I went back to Dan F. casino manager with the paragraph from their own terms and got the following response as you might expect:
Dear Slowstarter,
I apologize for late reply.
As mentioned before I am ery sorry about the situation, but nevertheless terms and conditions are clearly written on our website. You have to be aware that by using our bonus money you were able to had lucky hands and at this point rules apply. Maximum withdraw limit apply only for any free no deposit bonus and first deposit bonus, while all other bonuses have no limitations. If the bonuses do not suit our players they can easily request them to be removed and no limitations apply.
I do hope you understand that once the bonus is being used this includes also terms and conditions.
With best regards,
Dan F.

I cannot believe how someone in the PR department came up with these terms for their bonus promotion!
Deposit and instantly lose your half deposit! 100% guaranteed NOT to be able to win them back! I really try hard to find out what where they were thinking when they started this promotion...

as long as crooks like this run what the call "business" it is a simple MUSt for players to come to this forum and study the accredited casinos list BEFORE depositing.

I have checked, the nasty clause is nested TWO clicks deep in the promotional terms, yet, boldly stated in full iew at the bottom of the list of available bonuses is this:-
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Are you sick and tired of wide spread of online casinos offering enormous amount of free bonuses that are for wagering purposes only and can never be withdrawn?
We at Maxima Casino do not want to mislead our potential customers with so called ‘bogus bonuses’ and therefore we have prepared a wide spread of wicked and generous promotions where after fulfilling the play trough requirements you can cash out everything that is left on your balance.
DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY HUGE AMOUNTS OF OFFERING BONUSES, BUT PARTICIPATE IN OFFERS THAT ACTUALLY GIVE YOU FREE MONEY !
TRUST US TO MAKE YOU RICH!!!

Oh dear - I have just experienced the same scenario and was only told by an old friend to check out the forum once I had the problem.
I didn't particularly want the deposit bonus but contacting support was a pain, so I just went ahead and deposited my $100. I'd played a few other playtech casinos and done ok - I think about an $800 successful withdrawal from a $100 deposit had spurred me on to try a few more Playtech sites. Maxima was recommended by onlinecasinopro.com.
With a 30 x bonus and deposit rollover I guessed it might be quite tough to make the rollover, but I'd done ok elsewhere and so I was holding out for a generous freespin bonus on the progressive slots. I got my lucky break quite early on and started to seriously think about actually making the wagering! (I was above $1000 at this stage)
I upped my stake - usually a sure recipe for disaster, but got a couple of nice freespin bonus again, whch sent me sailing up over $6000. I checked with support how much w... | | Read Entire Entry |

This place has some of the most interesting Terms and Conditions I have ever seen. Here is a quick run-down:
"Only withdraws smaller and/or equal to cashable bonus will be processed and remaining amount removed from players account."
As stated by the original poster. Your maximum cashout cannot exceed the amount of the bonus you received. For the 200% bonus this effectively means you can only hope to double your deposit. For bonuses of less than 100%, your deposit loses alue quicker than gaming stocks did on October 2nd, 2006. However, keep reading - there is a way to get around this restriction that I will describe later on in the post.
You will be required to fax us a photocopy of alid document with picture and address.
Based on the wording of this sentence, the following items would fulfill your obligation:
Photocopy of alid document:
Picture and address:
The promotion is for genuine players only.

When i saw this post i thought there must be a mistake, so i checked it out.
The OP is correct and the T&Cs clearly state that if you deposit $1000 and receive a $500 bonus, that the maximum cashout is $500!....the casino keeps the rest!
What a joke
I know alot of posters call some casinos crooks, but in this case how else do you interpret these T&Cs....you cannot win!.... infact you can't even break even!
I tried to ask live support, but they were not home....would of been interesting to hear what they had to say.

Things seem to have gone horribly, horribly wrong at Maxima. I once found it reliable, but then there were reports that affiliates weren't getting paid, and players couldn't get a reply to any emails, etc., etc. Rumors hinted that Maxima was short on funds.
I, too, recommend caution regarding this Playtech casino -- whether playing their ridiculous 'bonuses' or not.

I remember Mount Olympus had the same amazing offer and probably is still in their site. And hakapuku, believe me the offer was like the last part of your post. If you deposited the maximum amount you d lose money at once. Check in in their site if you want.

My friend told me his story with this casino. He deposited 100 at Maxima, received 200 bonus. He wagered enough and had 1550 in his balance. He cashed out. In 2 weeks he received the money from the casino- only 200$. He contacted the casino. And they refered him to their new terms and conditions which they added,i think, several days ago:
"Only withdraws smaller and/or equal to cashable bonus will be processed and remaining amount removed from players account."
That means - the maximum withdrawal is 200 (including players deposit). And this is after doing 7000+ wagering.
Dont touch this bonus! It stinks. And they can change their rules again, for example, maximum withdrawal is 0.
And there is one more bonus promotion called VIP Bonus" at their website. I think it is a worse promotion ever:
Deposit for the first time any amount higher of $500 and get exclusive 50% VIP bonus
The maximum bonus is $500.
All promotional winnings ... | | Read Entire Entry |
