I tried to get the bonus and contacted them numerous times, but once I was on this "list" the support wasnt able to help me as the system is totally automated.

So no bonus for me. At other playtechs most of the time you will know prior you deposit if you are banned or not so that's why I thought it was somewhat unfair that they did not credit it.

You could ask them prior playing there if you are elgibile for the bonus just to play safe. They are on the Casinomeister Evil "Not recommended" list for some other stunt they pulled, so beware!

What was the outcome of your PAB?

I had a look at their http://www.brandycasino.com/termsofuse.html and I can't see what the WR is on the bonus anywhere...

Members can PAB all they want. The first is a freebie - I'll accept PABs for yomamascasino.com etc. It's the second PAB that matters (if there is ever a second one). I will only accept the second PAB (and any additional ones) for casinos listed at Casinomeister. Reason: there are way too many players who fail to heed my (and other's) advice on how to choose online casinos to play at. These players throw their money at any clip shot joint that will give them a friggin' bonus. If these players expect me to run to their aid every time they screw up, well they are SOL.

Stay alert - stay alive.

UPDATE

I received an e-mail from my wonderful affiliate manager who is investigating the case:

Quote:

What I've found so far is that your account is locked from receiving bonuses. Brandy tells me they do this when a player gets labeled as a "bonus seeker" on a list that is shared among several casinos. That was all general support could tell me. I'll need to talk with specific departments to get more detail on the specifcs. Those departments have not replied to my emails yet.

In simple terms Brandy offers a 100% bonus in case you lose your first deposit and you have wagered enough. It's like a safety net where you can land if you lose your money. It ain't free as there are ery complicated and strict requirements related to it. Now that I did bust out, I should get the bonus. But now they refuse to pay me as I am on some sort of list which I have never heard of. When casino has terms of use like they do, they can pretty much do whatever they please. It...

I guess the PAB depends on when you started playing there and were refused the bonus. You may be grandfathered in if it was before the date he stopped taking a 2nd PAB for a non-accredited casino.....But, only Bryan can make that call.

Brandy casino [Playtech] offers a 100% cash back up to $/€ 250 if certain wagering requirements are met and you bust out.

I deposited 250 at Brandy Casino a few days ago. I read the T&Cs carefully and I had to wager certain amount to be eligible for the promotion which I did. I unfortunately busted out afterwards, and I thought I was lucky as they had this promotion. But unfortunately Brandy refuses to give me the 100% bonus.

They did NOT give me a reason, but just pointed out that:
