Thanks for your help Frank.
WR seems to have been reset at omni now.
But: What about all the other players, and what about sands of carrebean (old WR is still there)

I cannot think of how there can possibly be fraud where someone has lost their deposit and bonus.

Casino fraud maybe LOL, but I cannot see how even the best fraudsters lose their $100 deposit and the bonus, and then manage to re-deposit and commit fraud, whether there is a carryover or not of the wagering requirement???

The only thing I can think of is a system fault which can be manipulated, and if that is the case the solution would be to fix the fault surely.

OK, I played omni 2/1 and inter 7/1, so the
"policy due to some major bonus fraud occurring in a certain part of the world"
might have been on while playing omni and gone when I played inter. That explains why inter acted normally for me.
But it doen't explain the policy. Why not just ban players on an individual basis if bonus fraud was really observed, instead of hitting all crypto players without any info as to why?

And if that is the case the website should CLEARLY state this in big, bold letters as this carry-over wagering is almost a license to steal money really.

Exactly! That's why I hope omni will get kicked off the accredited list and buried in "not recommended" section, unless of course, they do the right thing and cancel that licence-to-steal term.

Thanks sweiger, that's the reply I was waiting for! The customer support person said Inter and the other Crypto licensees have the same policy as our properties (yes, Sands has the same policy). The owner isn't in the office today so I'm going to talk to him about this first thing tomorrow morning. I will update you on his thoughts then.

Inter doesn't have that scam policy. If you bust, you bust without further harrasment. Next bonus, new WR without the past WR haunting you.
Thx. for replying.
And thx. Meister, for addressing the issue.
If omni drops that sick policy, I might consider playing there again.
BTW isn't Sands of carribean in the same group with same rules?

Thanks for the update; but if I ran a Crypto casino, I would definitely look into switching providers. There's plenty of other casinos that cancel a players WR once they hit 0.

Hi,

I apologize for not responding to this earlier. I just spoke with customer support and they confirmed that you must meet past wagering requirements even if your balance went to $0. I need to investigate further but it appears that you must either meet the past wagering requirement or lose 2x your previous deposit (ie. deposit $100 in December - must lose $200 excluding the bonus). The latter doesn't make much sense to me so I need to contact some others about this. I was told this is a Cryptologic policy, not an individual licensee policy. Let me investigate further then get back to you. Please bear with me while I try to sort this out.

Fine - the answer is "let's check this out." If a casino is doing something that seems to be unfair, then let's address the issue and see if it can't be changed. I'll contact the casino to see what's up.

Casinomeister, why is there no response from you on this matter?
Do you really think Omni "adheres to their own Terms and Conditions" when they interpret

Quote:

"required to fulfill those wagering requirements before the original deposit (up to the matched amount), the bonus amount, or any dervied winnings are available for withdrawal."

as having to fulfill wager req. NO MATTER how many subsequent deposits it takes.

"Original deposit, the bonus amount, dervied winnings"

is clearly referring to ONE deposit(the original) + THE bonus where you have to fulfill the wager requirement...or what?

Casinomeister, do you really think Omni "adheres to their own Terms and Conditions" ??

I have said this before and will repeat it again here - it is much harder to get off the accredited list than it is to get on the list in the first place.

Again we have bonus complaints from the same old malefactors and for the same old reasons - it goes on and on and on with this crowd. They live a charmed life on this board and God knows why.

I am not sure, I closed my account after this fiasco, I know I busted out and went to redeposit, I found out I still had over $1000 in W/R, I posted a thread here regarding this, the manager then got back to me and said they do zero out, however when I contacted C/S they said they do not and the W/R still stood, that was enough for me.

Not resolved, 'cause I didn't think I could gain much by complaining further. It must be the managements decision, since the wager for december lists as "active". Their system keeps track of the fullfilment, you can't withdraw even your deposit, so it is not just because some conehead at the casino thinks it should be that way.
Anyway I got this feeling about it: "OKAY! ... I wager REAL high on some slot, make or break, and if I hit, I'll wager the remaining on the lowest ariance slot I can find, and cash out WAY more than they thought I would be able to.."

So much for "accredited casinos" nowadays...
A danish casinoportal I used to isit, used to list only fair casinos, then they started to list less-fair or even known rogue scammers. Lost a bunch of isitors and credability by prostituting themselves in that manner.
I sure hope that is not the case with this place?

Don't see the problem, but I do think this is the stupidest term around.

They set themselves up with the scanario of I bust out with $2000 wagering to go.

Now I fancy playing casino an have 2 options
1/ Do I play elsewhere where i'm fine to cash out any winnings I make at any time?

2/ Do I play at omni/sands where I can't win a single penny unless I wager $2000 on eligible games only

Well go figure the bonus not disappearing costs them a customer because I'm not jumping through any loops for my next withdraw,
