This is a report from someone that didn't bother to read the T&C before signing up, played his balance (D+B) down until he only had his deposit amount left, and tried to cash out without even coming close to meeting the WR. That's like comparing apples to oranges here....no wonder they cried bonus abuse in that case.

Hi all
I have major problems at Maxima Casino as well.
I made a Pitch a Bitch and promised not to flame too much. I am a new at Casinomeister .. I think I am going to go the introductions next. I am just going to say my winnings of 1284 € were canceled and only deposit returned. I had met the wagering requirements and got a confirmation from the support that it was ok to withdraw my winnings.
I won the money on slots and won over 2000 € but ended up giving half of it back and cashing out 1284€. Still my biggest win ever so it serous for me. Will let you know more when Casinomeister responds to my Pitch A Bitch.

UM having read their T&C's again you would need to be a rocket scientist to be sure you were on the right side of a cashout.

Why is this even up for debate anyways? Someone who gleefully confiscates your winnings, just because you counted wrong, or didn't fully understand the terms of a bonus, and so pressed withdraw prematurely - without giving you the chance to have the funds back & complete the terms -is someone with far less scruples than the average character in the Sopranos.
A bit harsh on these 2 posters, Tristan. I think they only meant to clarify the terms and that they may not necessarily agree with these "rogues". Strictly to the letter, if you are a dollar short of WRs, you are a dollar short. One must remember not to give these casinos a chance to rip you off. In this case, I would be interested to know why his play only went to $14300 and ... | | Read Entire Entry |

Um, I will watch with interest.
I got an email with a free £30 chip offer which I took up and got my balance to £900
I have gone well past the 99* WR and read the T&C's
Apparently max cashout is £100 but they want you to make a minimum deposit of £50 before you can withdraw. hmmmm
Be nice to get some upfront reassurance that any cashout I make will go smoothly.

Agreed - this is unacceptable. I emailed the manager on the 18th concerning another member's PAB and also this thread. The manager didn't have the courtesy to respond.
Playtech needs to hire an intern or someone to fill in the black hole over there. This is not rocket science, and they have had more than enough input and guidance to get their act together.

Thanks for this. Did you get any reaction from the manager of Maxima casino? He's probably aware of this thread, I sent an email to him (manager@maximacasino.com) after my first post in this thread and he signed up ery quickly then.
I have also submitted a complaint at www.playtech.com on the 19th of August. I have not received even an acknowledgement they have received it. In fact, if you hit the submit button there is also no acknowledgement whatsoever it takes you straight back to your filled out complaint. So I hit submit again thinking something went wrong but apparently it works this way.

I've had loads of spam from them too.
Look at this;
Quote:
Dear Kasino,
Since we are ery interested in our best clients and considering you one of them, we would like to offer you this bonus as a token of appreciation to our VIP players.
We would also like to inform you that you were chosen from a large group of people to receive a 30 GBP Free Bonus No deposit required!
Get ready for the time of your life !
If you are isiting Maxima Casino for the first time, you are also eligible to receive an outstanding welcome bonus of 300% for your first deposit.
First it addresses me by my first name (which I changed by the way, my real name is not Kasino ), then says I am 'one of their best clients' (even though I have never even isited their website, let alone downloaded their casino), but then it goes on to say 'if you are a new customer...'
They can't even spam properly, so it's hardly surprising they have no idea... | | Read Entire Entry |

That is the point, a disreputable outfit will look for a reason NOT to pay. If they see a player has made a mistake, but has an opportunity to correct it (reversing the withdrawal), they will SAY NOTHING, and wait till they have a denial sewn up with terms to back it up.
Contrast this with the accredited FastWin casino. I withdrew after a lot of wagering, but they E-mailed me to tell me that I had to wager some more, and that the withdrawal had been returned to my account. This was BEFORE the reversal period was even over. It turned out they had made a draconian update to the T & C for British players only, and that I had wagered enough for previous months, but the WR had been doubled. It didn't enter their minds to use this as a ehicle to claw back some of the money I won over a couple of lucky months ear... | | Read Entire Entry |

You're not right Rob, because there are 4 days after a withdrawal request was submitted to reverse it and I wasn't given this option.
They say "If you withdraw..." ... I have received from the so far: 0 euros and 0 eurocents so when did the withdrawal happen?

Thanks inyl for your response. When you are affected yourself, sometimes you're biased but a supportive post from such a reputable poster as you just confirmed my complaint is alid and I'll chase this further.
I'll invite the casino to have their say, I hope I'll not need to "pitch a bitch".
And to answer your question, I didn't do anything funky. They have a long list of not allowed games*, and I have not wagered a cent on any of them!
You can have a look at them here:

They keep spamming me, and even tell me I am a alued VIP Customer, yet, I have NEVER so much as opened an account!
This looks rogue to start with, so little surprise they delight in screwing over players for even minor infringements.
Operators complain about rogue players, but they need to get their own house in order before they start condemning the player community.
Since this is your first post, and you have just joined, you can be excused for playing at Maxima in the first place, but there have been other problems with them in the past.
Reputable casinos would indeed reverse the withdrawal and tell you that a further 100 needs to be wagered, especially where the bonus itself is not withdrawable.
So long as you did not indulge in anything "funky"*, you have the moral high ground.
* Such as playing the whole bankroll on a game that "doesn't count towards WR", before grinding out the absolute minimum on an allowed game.

I have a huge problem with Maxima Casino - they want to take my EUR 1000 winnings away, because as it turned out I submitted a withdrawal request when I was EUR 100 short of the wagering requirement ("only" wagered 14 300 when I had to wager 14 400).
They state "If you withdraw before having met the minimum wagering requirements, your bonus and winnings might be oid".
But they haven't processed my withdrawal, so I haven't in fact withdrawn + you have 4 days to stop the withdrawal anyways from within the cashier. But they confiscated everything but my deposit after 2 days.
Also, there was no warning whatsoever in the cashier when I tried to withdraw that I haven't met the requirements. I guess it would be quite easy to compute, and most casinos have this feature I'd think.
I requested they redeposit my winnings (minus the bonus which can't be cashed out anyways) so I can complete the wagering requirement. This is really unfair, because with 100 EU... | | Read Entire Entry |
