Not to mention the £250 monthly matches with ery reasonable WR.
Used to be a pretty big player with them but haven't deposited much at all in the last year

Not a Christmas bonus, but I guess it still qualifies. Got this on the weekend, translated back to English from Hungarian, i hope it goes through.
"Dear me
... Casino would like to thank you for patronage, therefore we offer you a 100% deposit match bonus, up to 10EUR!!! Yes, it's true, we double your amount deposited!"
Wow. 10EUR? I'm still amazed.

I did receive a few under $100.00 bonuses from a couple of casinos but even that is a far cry from my flowers, gift baskets and turkeys of the past.
Additionally, Vip players aren't treated as before. I stopped playing at Bellerock after 4 years of being VIP. Not even an email to ask why.

Well I`ve received a few 10 freebies here and there but my top marks of the year for me personaly have to go to Spin Palace. I received in the post from them a gift in the mail, with simply 100 written on it, to be claimed 1st Jan 08. I claimed it today and as i surmised it was indeed a free 100 pds chip. Has to be wagered a certain amount of times of course, but its a 100 all the same. Very kind and ery generous. Full Marks Spin Palace

Thanx for the benefit of the doubt Babs, most would say I have neither a heart or mind!.............Actually, Nashvegas is just a ery common name that the locals call Nashville ,trying to remove that hillbilly with rhinestones and a guitar image....It really is a cool city and most that move here even with hesitation do not want to move away thereafter including our recent group of well known athletes and celebrities......I live about one mile from Nashville in a suburb that no one would ever guess is the 15 wealthiest county(pop.over 20000) in the country as measured by the census and 1st and 2nd wealthiest (two different census means) in the South.....and I still have people ask me if we wear shoes and have running water in Tennessee,LOL.

Yeah, names can say a lot. I picked my name to parody those who think their online name/persona is just so clever and/or important. It is also an adult-oriented pun that not everyone gets. I have been asked several times (I use this name in a few poker rooms) if I am Irish. And when someone acts like they "get it" and tell me they think it is a good screen name, I thank them and tell them it was my great-grandfather's name. Both scenarios give me a harmless chuckle or two.
IMHO, if you are offended, I think you are a bit prudish. I am willing, however, to change my forum name if CM thinks it is inappropriate.
On the other hand, what you say actually says a lot more about you than what your name is. Based on your posts, Babs, it appears to me that you ... | | Read Entire Entry |

Why are my posts rude or tasteless just because they express negative thoughts towards a casino? And as far as starting a conflict, you were the first to pass judgement on MHO, and I only replied to your attack. I have not posted here to start conficts, just to give my two cents worth.
So I'm funny like a clown? I amuse you? I make you laugh? I don't think that I deserve that moniker, and it is definitely inappropriate for this forum. I may only having 9 posts, but at least I know the forum rules.

Scrooges indeed!
I've just read right through this thread and I can not believe how tight most of the casino are!
I'm only a low roller and so didn't expect or get anything personally (except a superb no-strings no WR gift from 32Red), but to read of some players depositing & losing $10,000's over the year & getting zip or some pathetic $5 or $10 makes me cringe.
What is wrong with these people?

After I didn't get anything last year I wasn't surprised to not get anything this year. On the other hand, the B&M casinos took really good care of me for Christmas and birthday, these internet jobs ain't got nothing on a B&M. Thousands worth of rooms and food and free play, year round I might add, and you can't even get $20 from an online casino once a year.. for shame for shame.
Remember in the new year how pissed you are now that you didn't get anything for Christmas and move your business elsewhere.
