Then I had some incredibly bad luck over the weekend with 4 smallish deposits at 3 different casino's. Hardly any bonus rounds at all.....it was really freaky.

Fun Mode and Real Mode games play with the same odds at Rival casinos.
ACH withdrawals do take longer than expected and I wish that wasn't the case but I try to get US players to use QuickTender instead which is the fastest method for withdrawals.

Just a little more info on cashouts at Rivals, an ACH withdrawal is going to take 10-15 days or longer. They are having processor problems again.
Silkprint, I PM'd you with info that might help.
As for the flushing of withdrawals, in my experience if I have them flush my account and ery nicely ask them to process as soon as possible, I will get my WD within 24 hours to Quicktender. The quickest has been 5 hours and the longest 24, which got me an apology and a personal message with assistance from my casino host. I don't know if it helps but I am a VIP at all of them (spend way more money than I cashout).
As for the connection problems, mine didn't really get bad until around December and now they are really bad. I am using the same computer as always connected the same way - thru telephone line/modem. I live out in the sticks and highspeed and WIFI is not an option. Was working fine, now not so fine.

i wanted also flushing my withdrawal, but they (Davincis) said the cash-out will need to go through the full 24 hour waiting period
requested on 07/12/20 and received it including over the holidays on 07/12/27 (to Neteller)
and i think it goes normally faster without weekend and holidays, but not sure

I like "Cleo" slots, had my 100 free spins, but surface to say payout is a bit disappointing, since I was betting $1.50.Played at Pantasia!
Managed to win at the 3-reel slots - "Flea" market, kept trying to win the 3 diamond ring, but nada!Did hit the 3 chest of drawers couple of times.
Am having disconnection problems as well, usually when I first login.
Disconnection happens when I had my "freespins", had to logout and re-login, even so, it did not login me in immediately, had to wait awhile.
I do like the slots, its just the disconnections and payout on the ideo slots that I am iffy about.

I never have luck with the ideo slots, but do ery well with the classic slots.
I like gold rush, and the red white and blue sevens. MANY MANY times , I hit the three diamonds, the three red sevens, and turned 20 bucks into a couple hundred just playing 30 cent spins. gold rush has low payput, but hits often when playing good. Most i ever won off the ideo was 100 bucks on cleo coins on a three dollar bet . Every time I tried those slots, it ate my money away with no wins besides that.

Hmmm... I always try to start out my slots play at Rival on one of their 3 reelers. I have a weakness for Cash Cow... I want to see 3 of those damn cows line up, but never do. The 2 Fortunes games are my favorites of the bonus slots, but they will eat you alive if you don't get a decent hit early. They seem to either be 'dead' or 'hot' with no in between. And like KK I seem to get better payouts on the pick features than the free spins. Scary Rich frightens me. **shudder**

I have quite a bit of info on my site (link in sig), but basically of the new ones Hole in Won is medium ariance but a total pig if you don't hit the bonus feature ery often. Fantasy & Future Fortunes are higher ariance where the 'picking' games usually pay out much better than the free-spins.

somewhat remarkable is also, that they make experiments during a game session, also if it takes only a few minutes
if they like to make experiments, so happened before two days, they should indicate it before one can login and not if you are playing and must ask CS what's the reason why nothing goes more
and i don't grasp that a tech- team needs a so long time to sort this problems out, remember how long it's ago, since the issues are known.

One thing I've found consistent in winning sessions is to play the hole in won i-slot to a goodly profit, then future and fantasy fortunes to a finale.
Most of the older games (maybe these as well) are ery much bonus centered and the bonus payouts are mostly low to mid.. pretty rare in my play to get a knocker on the older ones. fwiw when you're in a slot game, clicking help will give the payouts. And if you play hobo's hoard you can make your own silly beat-box 'song' by hovering over each character you're about to mooch off of. SIlly fun once or twice

nash i have found that if i play the i-slots which are different then the regular 3 and 20 line slots the 2 that i've been able to make some good hits at was the bank heist one and my best hits on hole in one, as for the 20 liner ideo slots i usually only play hobos hoard as the rest sucked me dry

well thankfully(i think) i never have any problems with running the rival software on my pc, but as much as i like the software and the cs i get from the rival casinos i must say they have some crappy slot payouts and in the free spins unless its one of the i slots i can barely make $3 on the 10 free spins, this they need to change

Had no problems at all logging in, playing, and no script errors in the cashier a short while ago. (I've cleared the WR and made a small WD. ) Rob is aware of the player connections and error issues. The Rival team continues to plug away at getting these issues resolved.

Funny, I don't have connection or interface problems. I install it where it wants to go, and I use winpatrol and when installing 'scotty' asks me if I want to allow the program to make a registry change in host sump sumpn and I've always replied, 'no'. Might be part of the reason?
(I do get all kinds of funky error messages when I accidentally open two incidences of the same casino in rapid succession)

The are still many problems with the software, unfortunately. I had no problems playing a few weeks ago, but last night was rather a pain. Took several attempts before I could even log on. Then after playing I went to the Cashier section and receive IE Script Error pop ups. Doesn't matter whether I click 'yes' or 'no' to continue runnings scripts on page, I can't tell whether I've met WR. Also, clicking the current promo I'm playing, doesn't go anywhere and I can't get a look at the T&C again for the bonus I'm playing. Can't remember if there's a max cashout on it or not.
I'll try again this evening, and if all else fails, I'll have to contact CS.
At least I'm not the only one...

Unlike MG which is a no-go area for me 6pm - 11:30pm (ridiculously intermittent connection ) I have not had any troubles recently logging in & playing at Rival casinos. (I did have problems a few month back).
However several times when I just wanted to check something on their websites I have suffered ludicrously slow or even no connection.
I don't know anything about servers, or where theirs is located (the Moon?) but they urgently need to do something to improve internet connectivity.

Hi Rob,
These payout issues were brought to a head last year & although things got a little heated, eventually the slots were adjusted and I think everyone was happy with outcome.
The free spins on Cleo & others are simply not hitting again as they used to. Then when you do get them, you repeatedly get nothing.

in my case, i haven't even been able to login at all because of some "critical" error. no support, no solutions, no technical team response even after i sent them their "debug" file. the 24 hour wait has become the new year
i got one e-mail from pantasia saying they saw i logged on and is everything ok now? what?!?!?!?!

in the meantime i have uninstall and reinstall paradise8, and the login window work normal now, but if you are in a game and the reels are turning a few once, you have continually discontinuances, what i have also described

Hi i do also like rival, free spin features can sometimes hit easy and often.
Also if you do take a bonus its kinda easy to clear, I think divincis gold has the lowest wagering on sign up bonus. Also my old fave was cleo new fave was metal detector and the new slot kinda pays low on free spins and i find the bonus round to hard to hit.
Also i like to play the slots with free spins and bonus rounds because it can realy pay well to hit that bonus round during tose free spins.
But i do have problems with the software, Like the amount off time during spins. and the slots crashes alot and if it crashes during free spins you gotta click out.
If the games wernt ok or payd bad i would nether deposit at rival to many errors. I get the odd dissconect at other casinos but nether constant errors.

First, I do apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused and I do appreciate the patience and cooperation I've had so far.
I have been in touch with Zodiac ia pm to investigate the connectivity issue he describes. In *this particular case* we're leaning towards it being related to a user-end connection issue perhaps a firewall, a router, a web accelerator, a proxy, a conflicting IE plugin, or something else in the way.
I'll be in touch with him shortly to suggest some diagnostic tests for him to run in order to determine where the connection drop is occurring or what program/hardware device is conflicting the communication between the user and the server.
Since other users, such as Nifty mentions, are having similar issues, I do realize it is not simply *only* an end-user issue however, I believe the majority of instances are related to a conflict with one or more software/hardware installs/settings on the users' computer. yesterday i tried to play at paradise8 what Nifty29 had proposed and must say:

you can set a hook at the Login Window for saving your password, but if the Casino closed and try login again it opens the window for the registration.
sureley you can say that you have an existing account, but again and again
after several attempts i was able to claim the 100% match Bonus and to deposit
there are the same and greater connecting problems as well how with Davincis and i'm consider to delete this Casino again, while i have namely no desire on such this software disorder
i'm also not amused about this, because i like some of their games, sorry Rob if you read this but i can say only how it is at me
