Could have been that, and 4 wilds in the retrigger.

Probably gutted, since this was only the free $60 tournament. That is the sort of thing you need to save up for the weekender.

Oddly enough, I got a 5 scatter trigger, again in a crappy $200 tournament, and I'm sure it only paid 22,000 coins or so. This was ages ago, but was an easy $60

In all my play at the weekender, I can NEVER get a decent run on Tomb Raider, seems odd that the tournament slots just don't streak like they do when playing for real money - they are supposed to be the same.

I wish all of the casinos would stop these stupid promotions and give ViP players more free bonuses with less strings attached.

Clubworld is great in regard to treatment of VIP with surprise bonuses.

They are my favorite now because of this.

Have to second that footdr, Steve and the gang over there do take care of me purdy well...

All the jack/queen/king/ace... regular/super/super duper/super duper diamond blah blah blah player tiers!?!? Jeez...

Either treat me like a VIP or a regular Schlep! Don't insult my intelligence with this nonsense banding and segregation... Anything more than "VIP" or "Player" is too much.

I despair of online casino management sometimes...

I reckon it's why (most of) the outfits that have been born from B&M operations experience are solid, and really know how to get the most out of their customers whilst looking after them too...

Makes me think something was not quite right

5 Scatters during freespins pay 90000 (400*75*3) so must have gotten that and some other good hit.

I'm didn't get any email telling me of my promotion.
I guess us lowly Jack players are in no danger of being mistaken for higher tiers.

On a more serious note......I've been playing there a few months and I find the slots.....tight, tight, did I say tight. I've never cashed out, usually bust out pretty quickly. I tend to gravitate to one particular slot.....maybe that is my problem. That damn Agent Jane.

It's true, I have to agree with you guys about their Marketing Dept....they are sometimes out in left field it seems but one thing for sure about this group is the fact that they are solid IMO...I've been with them for about five years now I believe and I ALWAYS get my cashout in just a little over six hours without even having to send an email or any type of communication.

I've been a King status player since they implemented their new tier levels but even before when I was not playing that much there my cashouts were still lightning fast...

They sent me the same, and with an "ACE" tier bonus too!

I tried to inform them of the error, but they couldn't even be bothered to reply.
The offer has now expired, but since I got the code, it would probably have worked, but then they might have confiscated any proceeds.

I am actually "KING" tier, based on my play last year, and I seem to keep this until September 2008. I also got a "loyal flush" mailer informing me of some special FREE tournaments on Tues and Thurs, so I fired up Grand Bay, blew off the cobwebs, and had a look. No sign at all, so I tried a free $60 Tomb Raider tournament - when the timer hit zero, it stalled, and then went to "cancelled". Having read of this bug, I waited and rebooted the casino, and sure enough, it started a few minutes later. I made it near the top, but only had 53p left so could not rebuy, and then I saw the leader had somehow made over 120,000 from a 5000 first session, so no chance anyway

I think their marketing department lives on another planet. Or maybe it's just a case of the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing.

They should merge with Fortune Lounge.

Fortune Lounge did the same thing to me a long time ago, but it was during the time that I was playing heavily with them, so it seemed logical that I was upgraded to the Super Triple Double Double Diamond Platinum Premium Royale level, or whatever the hell they called it. But the email that indicated my status change was later followed by an email indicating that it had been sent in error.

Two peas in a pod, these groups are!

Hey all

I received a nice email the other day from Grand Prive informing me that I have been upgraded to the 'ACE' tier of their loyalty program. Cool! Its been a while since I played, but I used to play a lot and I figured it was a way to welcome me back to the fold.

Well, knowing GP, I thought I had better email to double check....
