Hi PrimeCasino,
do you accept players from around the globe, what bonuses do you have, wager requirements please, any restricted games for wagering?
Many Thanks

Hi Josh,
Thanks for your reply! I did email the casino and received a response ery quickly
They said that Instadebit isn't available yet but will be, and that once it is they will switch my currency over to American funds so that I can use this deposit method. I'll keep checking and once Instadebit is available I'll be playing! If I have any problems switching my currency I will definitely get in touch with you Josh.. Thanks so much

I honestly think the email never went through, but it was also at Golden Reef and not Prime.
The problem is just what Pina said, Instadebit perhaps isn't quite set up yet? I think I'd still have to change my currency to American dollars (which I don't quite get because Instadebit is only available in Canada now?! But maybe that's an Instadebit thing?) in order to use it as a deposit option. I have moneybookers too but I hate having to wait, lol. I miss the ease of Neteller - everyone took it, it was instant and I was good to go.
I am going to send an email through Prime's website to test the email waters there. I am a stickler for casino's answering emails too.

The misterious thing is, that you can make your withdrawal only up to your original deposit back to your deposit e-wallet and the rest would be transfered to another e-wallet.
I withdraw with moneybokers and then must choose another option and so i must take neteller, although it's a little bit unsinful, because now i should get € 50.- back to moneybookers and € 56.- to neteller.
Then i prefer to recieve the € 106.- to Neteller alone, because this was easier and also cheaper for the casino, i think!?

I get the distinct impression that many of these 'smaller' casinos only have one guy who can answer all the queries (in this case it's Josh), and that they only seem to work 9-5 Mon-Fri.
I personally find this extremely inconvenient as most of my play & need for questions to be answered is at the weekends...
But anyway, my point is this could be why Jenn hasn't had a reply yet, and may have to wait until Monday.

As to the live chat, I don't believe that it's operational as yet. They've only been open a few weeks, I'm sure it will be up and running soon, but maybe the rep could comment on that?
I know that their loyalty system is not yet functional, should be soon though. And Jenn, not all deposit options that are listed on the website are available just quite yet. It should be ery soon though. I was told that the accounts had been set up, just waiting for finalization. I had the same question about Moneybookers, as it wasn't showing up in the banking interface.
As to the support, Josh had said that the Palace Group was doing their support for the time being, but they are not part of the Palace Group of casinos, nor any other group. I am a bit bothered that you didn't receive a reply, that's a big issue for me. I had a ery prompt reply the other night when I wrote to them, and there was no automated reply first. Again, this is something you should definitely make the rep aware of...he wants... | | Read Entire Entry |

I played also there on friday and could double my deposit.
I made a withdrawal and flushed it.
Within 20 Minutes i get an answer, that my withdrawal is flushed.
The only thing is, that they didn't pay out at weekends, so i had to wait till monday, to get my withdrawal, but the most important thing is, that i get it sure
The live chat is always "currently unavailable", so i don't understand, why he is listed on their homepage?

It does pina, except if you sign up in Canadian dollars Instadebit doesn't even come up as a deposit method. Perhaps I will contact the rep though.. I am dying to play. I did the same thing at Golden Reef, I believe they are related? I did email and inquire about my account being switched to US dollars but did not get a response. I don't think the email went through though, as I didn't even get the automated response.

Hey Jenn, doesn't Instadebit do the conversion for you when you deposit? In lieu of that, if you contact the rep, I'm sure he could convert your account into US dollars for you? It's worth a shot anyway. Good luck to ya.

I played at Prime Casino on Thursday night, and had occasion to contact their manager (and rep from here). There was just a small thing that support couldn't really deal with (keep in mind they are brand new). I also had a couple of questions regarding Moneybookers and their loyalty system. Their rep, Josh, has gone out of his way to ensure that my questions were answered properly, and to make sure that my playing experience was a positive one. I just now received a follow up email from him, wanting to make sure that all was okay, and that I was happy.
I've found that the really "good" casino managers are the ones who will go the extra mile, and who take a personal interest in their players, big and small. Pat Harrison has proven this over and over again. And the good ones will listen to your feedback, good or bad.
As far as I can see, Prime is most definitely on the right track and that is ery welcome. You can never have too many top notch casinos.

Like I mentioned in the other thread, there was a mix up with their T&Cs which they have fixed. If anyone has any questions, feel free to PM the casino rep here:

There are already two threads running about this casino:-
http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...ese-terms.html
http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...os-really.html
This is a new casino - only launched end of March so way to early to say for sure if they are OK or not.
But Microgaming & rogue are two words ery rarely used together, so should be fine.
However, someone has totally screwed up the writing of their bonus T&C's so I would either contact the casino to find out the score before depositing - or wait until they get their act together!

Well its microgaming. I dont think it is related to any casino group so its a standalone casino at the moment. I think it should be pretty trustworthy. No personal experience from it though.
