KWblue is correct here - the decisions at property development company Nixcourt were made by two partners who I am told actually fell out over the complications that ensued from their foray into online gambling with Player Preferred and Firebrand Interactive. There was a lot of bitterness and talk of litigation against Firebrand-PP but I did not hear what the outcome of that was.
Giant Palace involved a different and experienced Aussie online casino operator who was probably smart enough to realise early on that the Firebrand-PP thing wasn't going to work for him.
Not sure about the Dicks - they were definitely involved initially with Inchilli but that may have gone the same route, with Firebrand-PP taking over there too.

Well, I think it is a made up name, then.
I know for sure that Nixcourt owned Hype. Postively. I also know that Giant Palace was not owned by Nixcourt.
Additionally... Support is run by Firebrand Interactive as far as I am aware. They have always been the support for all the casinos. Maybe they just don't know what they are talking about? OR - maybe they just have a support system that gives them the answers to questions... and that answer is wrong?
I don't know. I only know what I (and several others) have researched. That research was alidated by quite a few people and included some of the people involved.
Now that all the owners left, though, the casinos are run by FI as far as I am aware.

When I talked with the Manager of Hype casino way back in time, he told me that they where owned by a Company called "Good Dragon Profit Ltd" !!!!
And he also told me that the same company also was the legal holder of the casino permit at Kahnawake gaming commission.
I then asked KGC to check if they had a company with that name, answer was negative.
NO company with that name holds any permit at KGC.
Then I say this new name Giant Palace pop up in here, and went for a little check again.
The nice little online support would not in the begining tell me what company owned them, but after 10 minuttes of chat he/she told me that they where owned by a company called "Good Dragon Profit Ltd" !!!!!!!!! for me its a clear sign...those 2 casino's are linked.

Their support is either really fast or really slow, depending upon the time you catch them at it seems. I have always been disappointed with their support when it comes to offline email support.
Their inside casino support is ok, but then again... you have to have the software installed to get support.
Here is another email addy you can try:
affmgr **AT** giantpalace.com
See if you can get help using that email address.

I did sign up for this casino last year when they first opened. One thing that got me right off the bat was, some of their support contacts on their home page were marked Giant Vegas and not Giant palace. After contacting them to ask why and are they connected to Giant egas, they denied they were and within a few days the links were changed.
I did still play there a few times "I Like the software" support was alright and they had some nice bonuses. Quit after a few deposits just wasn't sure why they denied being connected to Giant egas when the support links were on their site. I quess that was what you call an OOp's
Either way haven't been back since.

These largely Australian developments seem to be dynamic and can be confusing due to a lack of transparency on ownerships.
I would advise that you search the archives here at Casinomeister for a wealth of background on these operations....and as KK says, there has been a ery disturbing historical lack of integrity in issues involving Player Preferred software. There were indications that these operations were underfunded from the get-go, and that left both players and affiliates shafted.
I don't think OGS has any ownership connection to Player Preferred, which sprung into focus early this year as a turnkey provider with Hype, Inchilli and later Giant Palace casinos. PP was run by a guy called David Ohlson (an ex-Lasseters employee who would therefore have had some contact with OGS), with support and payments through Firebrand Interactive, an outfit headed by David Jenkins.
There were strong indications that Inchilli was owned by a questionable industry character Downunde... | | Read Entire Entry |

Interesting, if you go over the link ogsltd.com and push the partners link Giant-Palace, the Website shows you with more details as you can see, if you scribe directly the Website.
It seems that they are all entangle together

Player Preferred is an offshoot of OGS. Some of the same games from Lasseters are online at Giant Palace, but PP has their own exclusive games which (I believe) are developed specifically for them. There are about 7 waiting for release and 2 new recently.
As far as payments/cashouts - everyone I have talked to has had their cashouts paid on time and within typical (by todays standards) timeframes. That is about 3-4 days for wire, not sure about the rest as I have not talked to individuals using Neteller or other.
I do promote them and ONLY because they have paid all players on time for many months now. After the Hype and InChilli debaucle (yes, I lost money at them as player as well), I removed all PP casinos from my sites until Giant Palace established themselves as the only PP casino that is trustworthy enough to play at.
Now- with that said, of course as always when there are past issues - proceed with caution.
Let me know if there is a cashout issue and I ... | | Read Entire Entry |

That's really interesting information!
I thought inChilli was still Player Preferred - and did not know which brand of software Lasseters are now using.
Will investigate that further later on...

Giant Palace was one of Playtech casinos? I am not sure.
I guess it is using this software http://www.eyecon.com.au/ now. That's why this casino accepts US players.
This company also provides games for Lasseters.

Yes kakata, i play there several times and also with some cash outs.
I can't say about the owners, but what i can say is:
Support: the Operators don't name their Names and i don't know why
Promotions: many times they offer 100% or 120%,
the T&C's you can see at their website.
Banking: they offer Neteller, Click2Pay, Visa and Mastercard as a deposit method and for all withdrawals Neteller and Check.
I'm not sure if you can also use ACH or JCB, it shows not in the cashier what i can see, you must ask in the Live-Chat.
For every withdrawals they take a Fee from $10 for bank charges and it needs a few days (7-8) to receive your money (Neteller).
At your first cash out you must send in the docs.
You can't see your transactions, although if is stated at their website but you get an email that you've bee... | | Read Entire Entry |

A bit too much Christmas 'spirit' there...?
Same software as Hype & inChilli - Kiwi is Playtech
All the info I have so far is that they are NOT the same owners, and I haven't heard anything bad about them.
KWBlue promotes them & last time I asked (some time ago) he said all was OK.
I took the SUB there a few months back; got off to a FANTASTIC start and took bank over $1000, but wheels fell off & I bust out before meeting WR...
Best advice is proceed with caution - if you can manage a cash-out ASAP and all is OK, please let us know!
