FWIW...I(in Canada) requested an EFT withdrawal(of 90% of all funds) on Jan 26th...it was processed on Jan 30th.

the checks are the same 6-8 week promise that we get for efts. But that's just a bullshit answer because they don't really know. My justification for taking the 8% hit and getting the money out is that I would have lost more money if I had to wait 6-8 weeks to have access to my full, and comparitively small, bankroll since I had 2/3 of it on NT.

I gave the fee waiving thing a shot but the person I talked to just assured me that she'd forward my request on to her supervisor in order to blow me off. Long story short, no waiving for me. Honestly, I'm reasonably certain I could have got them to do it eventually if I wanted to spend the time going after them again and again but I just wanted to be done with them and didn't bother. 1.Sorry,can't answer that one.
2.I requested a (Canadian) withdrawal on Jan 26th and it still shows "pending". I will post if and when it it is processed.

I just was checking Neteller so i would know how i was going to get my money from pokerroms to my house, here in Mexico, i see a lot of trouble getting EFTs and let's not talk about checks, the card is a very expensive option but one nonetheless, stupid visa, stupid mastercard that wont letme get my money to my cards.
I could get a courier check but most likely i wont be able to cash it OR bank here is going to get more than i did from y money cuz of currency conversion, fees, yada yada.... i WAS going to transfer it to a relative's bank account in the US... I have a moneybookers account (in Euros) for that purpose.
I move my Neteller funds to Party (no fee),
then cashout to moneybookers (no fee, exchange rates are fair),
and cashout from there to my German bank account (moneybookers fee = 1.80 Euro).
The whole process takes less than a week (about 24 hrs Party cashout) and 2-3 days for the bank transfer. | | Static Link |

Neteller created this problem themselves IMO. Their people should have stayed the hell off of US soil for 1. Voluntarily shutting down American accounts with no notice upon the arrest of their execs created the mess they are currently in. It's not like they weren't breaking the law BEFORE the arrests were made so why not let us make one final transaction to a damn "gambling" site rather than tying up our money for weeks or months? The fees really aren't that much. You'll be paying $2 on every transfer you make to your Neteller card with a $1000 limit per transaction; that's a mere .2%. And you'll be paying a $1.50 service fee + your ATM's service fee. I pay a total of $4 per $800 withdrawal, which is .5%. So that averages out to a .66% fee over the entire transaction.
So say you have $10,000 in your Neteller, you'll only be paying $66 to get (near) instant access to your cash. For me, that's the only option. I can't wait 2-4 weeks while Neteller straightens out the ACH processor fiasco. I have bills to pay, and 0.66% is a small price to pay to get that done. | | Static Link |

Depends on how fast you want/need the money. $2 to load the card, $1.50 fee by Neteller per transaction, plus whatever your bank charges for the ATM fee.
