I don't loves the fees but if you plan correctly and don't do a lot of depositing from your bank to ePassporte, it's not bad. The only fees I pay are $2 withdrawal fees withdrawing from my bank account/debit card (its $35 to get the debit card, but thats very much a fee I pay for convienence). Yes, you should pay your tax's. The annoucment does state that you can request a cheque instead of a bank transfer. However I'm sure that a bank transfer would be a much quicker method
