The biggest benefit to using Pokertracker is for Limit Hold Em players and I would rather watch paint dry than play LHE.
Funny... thanks to the SH LHE at Crypto tonight, I'm going to spend my afternoon tomorrow sitting outside, drinking Chimay and watching paint dry! Ahh, the irony.

For crypto, where I cant use pokertracker, I write down the names of players that I play against that are awful (my fish list). For all other sites, I import VPIP %, PFR % and aggresion factors into all of my other notes DB. It's great when you have enough info so that everytime you site down, there are notes on at least 2 people for each table you sit down at. It's equally helpful to know who the other rocks are too.

How about analyzing the play of every player you ever played against, rating them and then printing out a list of the biggest fish? Happy hunting. Can't remember if dork123 is a player? Look him up with a mouse click. He's Loose/Passive/Passive. Just awesome.
Wanna find every hole in your game and plug it? I bet there are four holes in your game you don't even know about that cost you plenty.
Once setup the program reads hand histories automatically. There is a wealth of analytical tools that I have only scratched the surface of.
