I rarely play NL, but I've been playing more lately. Had a bad run playing low limit HE at Golden Tiger, so for some reason I figured I'd try out some .5/1 NL while I was half drunk a few weeks ago. My tourny NL game is decent, but my straight up cash game is a little suspect.
Lost my first $25 to a suckout on the river (board paired giving someone a boat to beat my A high flush).
So I grab another $25, and fold every hand that isn't a pair. In about an hour and a half, I hit 3 rolled up full boats. All three times, I just checked and called...and eventually someone else went all in against me. Finished up $227. Too bad one hand I only had $40 on me, as one guy went all in with $173 when I had the nuts.

Hah, BB wise...my number is a lot more impressive. I won like a $57 pot in the .5/1 HE limit full ring at Party (with two pair As and 2s...no less).
Dollar size it's much less impressive, somewhere around $170 probably.

Friday night won $6000 on QUAD 9's at Let It Ride(I had two...dealer turned two)...played all night and kept winning...$13,800 in total winnings.
Went back the next Saturday, tables were packed, so played a Hi-Roller $5 VP machine. Five coins in...kept the Qs...drew As,Ks,Js,10s for the ROYAL. Paid $20,000...casino took $1200 for LA state tax. Played for a few more hours...went home $22,600 ahead.(In cash, btw, you know that's 226 hundred dollar bills? Had bands in every pocket...lol.)
That's $36,400 in EIGHT days.
Never had a run like that before or since.
Online, won $11,000 over a five day stretch at The Gaming Club in 1999....many ROYALs. Hit QUADS on consecutive hands at one point. My "handle" for those five days was $67,000.
Poker...maybe $80 or $90 has been my largest pot.
