It's only limit but I have not read a better book for todays game. Harrington's book is getting good reviews but I have not read it.
Miller's book will turn you into an aggressive machine, but there is a TON of info in it. You more than likely will not be able to read it once and get all of it.

Harrington On Hold Em Vol I is in stores and deals with the early stages of NL tournements.
It's worth a read. Made me really appreciate how good he is (not that I didn't appreciate his play before).

I can't really give a personal opinion as I play 99.99% limit, but I hear the Reubens / Ciaffone book is the best. There seems to be a real shortage of good books on the subject. 2+2 is supposedly working on one with I think Dan Harrington (it could be strictly NL though). I expect that would be worth reading.

Then, let us know if is worth a damn.
I don't think the Cloutier book is all that great.
Caro's book will probably be fun to read but not very applicable to online play (obviously). Try his "Fundamental Secrets of Winning Poker". I think you can get it for about $8.00 and it is pretty fun.
