Yes, play 1 table at a time and study all your opponents very carefully. Meanwhile back in the real world, just keep calling. I got AA on Eurobet the other day, raised to me, I reraise, other guy reraises, 3rd guy reraises, I raise all in, 2nd guy folds, 3rd guy calls I'm thinking "hmm, KK,QQ,AKs" I wonder which he has. He had KTs. WTF?

you gotta call but this is the question really, how do you make the differentiation betwen a bluff huge bet and a made-hand large-bet bet .... these decisions have huge effect on NL games.

The answer is that he had TT lol and hit quads on flop ... but the play suggested to me the opposite, like most of you i would slow play quads not risk shutting the pot down.

From hand stats im getting 50/50 on these sort all in huge bet/check raise bets .. 50 times a bluff, 50 i lose..

Any thoughts on how to work through a better decision making process .. or "a good process" for deciphering a busted draw hand and a well played nut hand?

Well, my observation (on Party, at least); is that a huge all in bet relative to the pot size is usually a bluff, unless the player who does it seems to have no clue how to play (also very possible).

Agreed. Most NL players would not push with a monster here. The ONLY time I would make that play with Q10, 1010 or AQ is if it was a VERY loose table where I know any 10 or drawing hand will call my huge allin bet. Does he percieve the 2 of you that way? If he is "crazy" and has been making frequent big bets on the flop, certainly this is an automatic call. If he has it this time, good for him, I still make that call. In fact, if he is that "crazy", I make the same call with a weak Q.

This is the situation you would hope for by slow playing off the flop. The crazy guy is probably trying to buy the pot by moving all in, probably with a K J straight draw, or else with a J 10 since he didn't raise preflop. You have to call. What is the Bluffer's stack size compared to yours? Would he bet like that if he had the AQ or TT? I would be more worried about him than the crazy guy.

I would say you would have to call. Especially if its an all in move on the flop, that usually signifies a good hand not a monster hand.

Lemme guess....The "crazy guy" had QT?

If he was truly a maniac, I can't see how you can get away from your hand. However, what makes you say that he truly was crazy? Does he go all in quite frequently? Is he on a tilt? Is he a type that is likely to limp with premium hands such as AQ or TT? I would ask myself these questions before calling, though. Under normal circumstances against a normal player, I'd call.

I'm not a NL player, but I would say you pretty much have to. Only 2 hands have you beat (AQ and TT) and you would THINK that if he had one of those, he wouldn't try to just get a small pot. Other option could be that he is on KJ and is looking to push out a Q to his draw, but if that is the case you have some outs for a boat.

So, I'm thinking yes, gotta call.

could be wrong though.
